Room was tiny and very old, shower door was only half way on. Great location and great from the outside, they just seriously need to remodel their rooms.

The property is nice and has good outdoor spaces. The rooms are just ok. The bed we had had no life in it - sagged and was hard. The walls are paper thin and we could hear every neighbor. We were charged for a gift shop item that we did not purchase on our post checkout bill and the hotel said they refunded us but there is nothing on my CC and the hotel just keeps saying it must be CC problem then. There seems like there are better hotels with better amenities and rooms to warrant dealing with lack luster accommodations and poor customer service.

Hotel Milo has the best location. Directly across from Stearns Wharf Pier. 10 minute walk to State Street. There is also a restaurant right next door for breakfast/lunch. The staff was really friendly. The valet parking staff was amazing. It was pouring rain, and they were running back and forth getting the cars soaking wet but still had a smile on their face. Although the valet parking provided great service, I don't like the fact that the hotel charges to park on their premises as a guest. Hotel guest parking should be included. It comes off as a way to nickel and dime the guest.
