really nice stay, just the location is a bit far from city centre but excellent room and service

The housekeeping staff came to clean the room, but the service was very poor. Instead of disposing of the trash properly, he left all the garbage on the table, and I had to throw it away myself later. The room was also not cleaned properly. I have uploaded pictures of the pillows as well. All of the pillows were extremely dirty and clearly not maintained to an acceptable standard. Overall, I am very disappointed with the housekeeping service.

The staff is so nice

Hotel was extremely clean, very nice room and the bed was very comfy. Location was a bit far out from the city centre, but easily accessible by the train. Staff were very helpful

It was all good, pretty good service and also clean room. The only problem was the location which is probably smth can't be changed hahaha it is a bit far from the City center.

This hotel is great even though a bit far from Barcelona’s center. There’s easy access to bus, tram, metro and suburban trains from San Joan Despi. It takes like 30 min to get to the centre which is not bad at all. The rooms are spacious, well air-conditioned and well appointed. The cleaning service was impeccable and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast here, so can’t qualify the food and beverage offerings, but overall it’s a great hotel to be at while roaming Barcelona and coming back to crash. The town of San Joan Despi itself is cute and needs half a day to discover. Merci!

The hotel was okay overall and suitable for a short stay. The property is a bit old, and cleanliness could be improved in some areas. The front desk is not always available, so guests may need to wait or look for staff when assistance is needed

Comfortable and big room for solo trip. Train station nearby allows me to travel to city centre easily

The hotel was clean and easily walkable to the train station and bus stops to travel within zone 1. It’s also close to the airport!
