โรงแรมใกล้กับ Ocean Beach Ibiza, Sant Antoni De Portmany

First impressions of you look from afar are great, it’s when you get closer and this is a hotel trying to appeal to the higher end of the market with a cheap refurb. Negatives: * Offer snacks and drinks at reception or within the lobby area, especially for late arrivals. * Explain the facilities available and where to access them. * Add a welcome leaflet in the room with key information such as meal options for non all inclusive guests. * Offer recommendations for food and general local amenities. * 1 bottle of water complimentary, put it in the fridge or have 2 one chilled and one not. * Fix the aircon, on the lowest setting the rooms are still warm and uncomfortable. * One staff member behind the day bar was very rude when it came to learning I was a staff member of Leonardo Hotels, he did not want to add the staff discount. He also put my food order through wrong, I ordered a cheeseburger but he bought a chicken burger out. Not sure if he even applied the discount as it was €12. I noticed he was rude to a few customers during his shift - 17/10/23. * Couldn’t ask about late check out until the morning of check out. Offers should be purchasable at booking. Would also promote direct booking. * Style of the rooms are an attempt to modernise but unfortunately you can tell this was done at a low budget. The rooms are what would class as standard hotel rooms. * Staff could benefit from some customer service training to provide a more comfortable stay. Positives: * Location is great for access to the beach. Special gate for access to and from beach from day bar area. * Outdoor areas are perfect for sunlight all day. * Two bars one for day and one for night - Changed at 7pm. * Food available at the bar for non AI. * Good selection of drinks. * Checking in and out was quick. * Good size pools which match size of hotel. * Cleanliness of the hotel was to a high standard.

ทําเลที่ตั้งสมบูรณ์แบบ! พวกเขามีเครื่องเป่าผม ล้างตัว+ผม พร้อมโลชั่นบํารุงผิว ยิมมีขนาดเล็ก แต่วิวน่าทึ่ง ซาวน่าขนาดกําลังดี แต่มีอ่างน้ําร้อนเพียงอ่างเดียว พนักงานเป็นกันเองและช่วยเหลือดีมาก พนักงานทําความสะอาดก็น่าทึ่งมาก! อยากจะแนะนํา 100%

Pros The hotel was impeccably clean. The rooms were large and well equipped with the use of a fridge and safe. The room also had a hairdryer ,shampoo and shower gel . Pool towels were also available to use . The bar menu was small but the food was of high quality. The bar was well stocked and staff were very friendly. Reception staff were also very friendly and helpful . The fact it was an adult only hotel was lovely Cons When you get dropped off we had to find the hotel ourselves which was a bit tricky as it was up an alley way . It look’s really scruffy but once inside you forget about it . ************ sometimes sat on the stairs as well offer **** and Charley !!! We had a couple of days of loud music around the pool area as well played by the lifeguards but when I complained this was resolved

The prefect 5 star hotel experience the staff especially Giorgio Mezzapelle and Anke from reception thanks alot for all the help, I couldn't ask for more, the food was all you can eat well cooked and marinated spoilt for choice with the healthy and indulgent variety, clean enormous and just perfect.

Staff are friendly and helpful, check in really quick & easy and room has everything you need. Nice swimming pool and chill area for during the day! Close to the sea front and to clubs like Ocean Beach, Cafe Mambo/Mint, etc. Would definitely stay again. :)

Oku นี้เป็นสิ่งที่ฉันคาดหวังมากที่สุดในการเดินทางของฉันในอิบิก้า แต่ความรู้สึกโดยรวมก็ธรรมดา เหตุผลหลักคือพนักงานหยิ่งเกินไปและหยิ่งเล็กน้อย โรงแรมนี้อยู่ห่างจากชายหาดเพียงไม่กี่ถนน และมีโรงแรมขนาดใหญ่อยู่ติดกับ Oku อื่นๆ การตกแต่งไม่ทันสมัย แต่ราคาประหยัดกว่า ต้องรอเช็คอิน รอถึง 15.00 น. ถึงห้อง เนื่องจากฉันเช่า Mercedes-Benz แบบเปิดโล่ง รถจึงแย่เกินไปที่จะจอดรถบนถนนทางเข้าหลัก ฉันให้ทิป 2 ยูโรบนหมอนในตอนเช้า ฉันเกลียดมันน้อยเกินไป ฉันไม่ได้ให้ทิป แต่ฉันไม่ได้ใส่อุปกรณ์อาบน้ําให้ฉัน! ! ! สระว่ายน้ําแบ่งออกเป็นสองสระ ต้องข้ามถนนใหญ่ก่อนถึงจะผ่าน อันใหญ่ต้องคว้าตําแหน่งแต่เช้าตรู่ทุกวัน ไม่อย่างนั้นไม่มีที่เดียว! ส่วนใหญ่เป็นวัยรุ่นที่มีชื่อเสียงทางอินเทอร์เน็ต และสระว่ายน้ําก็เหมือนกับคอนเสิร์ต dj ทุกวัน อย่าไปถ้าคุณต้องการเงียบ สระว่ายน้ําเล็กไม่ต้องคว้า ติดกับห้องอาหารเช้า ห้องมีขนาดเล็กมาก และข้างถนนมีถังขยะขนาดใหญ่ที่ชั้นล่าง (ไม่ใช่โรงแรม) เสียงดังมาก ขอแนะนําให้เพิ่มเงินเพื่ออัพเกรดประเภทห้อง แต่ห้องยังเล็กอยู่ ส่วนที่น่าพอใจคือห้องอาหารเช้าที่มีหลากหลายมาก อาหารเช้าสามารถทานได้ทุกวัน แต่คนส่วนใหญ่ บาร์ริมสระของโรงแรมดี มีวิสกี้ 🥃 มากมาย และยังมีอีกหลายแห่งในญี่ปุ่นอีกด้วย ใกล้กับเมืองข้างๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีมิชลินสตาร์ Es Tragón อยู่ข้างๆ คุ้มค่าแก่การเยี่ยมชม บริการดีกว่าโรงแรมนี้จริงๆ ไม่รู้เท่าไหร่ มีพิพิธภัณฑ์สัตว์น้ําเล็กๆ อยู่ข้างๆ เรียกว่า ธรรมดา แต่การดื่มกาแฟที่ประตูเป็นการดีที่จะผ่อนคลาย

This is our fourth visit to TRS Ibiza. There have been changes since we last stayed such as the wish list only being available for signature level guests and other aspects like certain tables not being accessible unless signature level etc. that being said our wish list was honoured as we had booked many months prior to this change. Disappointed we were not acknowledged for repeat guests and our palladium rewards perks were not included. On the whole though I thoroughly enjoyed my week here as I always have done. Staff are friendly and work so hard. There were some staff shortages which affected bar service (this did upset quite a few people) but in fairness it wasn’t a big deal for me - got our drinks anyway !! There were far more guests than expected in May and a mix of older guests who came for the peace and the luxury of being pampered while also there were younger guests on shorter stays who came for the all inclusive drinks and the nearby clubs. This at times created behaviour which was not what TRS Ibiza generally caters for.

Nos quedamos 2 noches en este hospedaje, y la verdad fue fantástico. A 5 minutos de la estación de autobús, el lugar esta limpio, la habitación es acogedora y el personal siempre nos atendió con amabilidad, además nuestro vuelo salía en la noche y nos dejaron resguadar el equipaje para aprovechar todo el día. Sin duda nos volveríamos a hospedar aquí. 100% recomendado.
