È la terza volta che alloggio in questa struttura e ormai mi sento sempre più a casa grazie alla splendida accoglienza degli host. Il proprietario inoltre nel corridoio prima delle stanza ti lascia la possibilità di usufruire di: ceste, piatti, posate per un picnic, the e caffè per un momento relax e di un frigo bar dove puoi posare le proprie cose. Looking to do some sight-seeing in southern Italy near Napoli? Hotel Puntaquattroventi fit the bill perfectly. We were two families of four. We have four boys between us (ages 8 - 15). We were traveling to Napoli & to Pompeii so Ercolano was perfectly positioned in-between the two. Here are the highlights: - The Parking: Included and very accessible. I don’t recall there being a valet but it was steps from the front door in a gated lot. If you have a car, you just pull right in on arrival. - The Rooms: For a family of four, it was good because we could get two queen sized beds and a large bathroom with a balcony overlooking the ocean. One thing to note here: the rooms, as is the entire hotel, were a bit dated. I’d describe it as a very well kept 1980s Miami vibe. Ultimately, every thing was clean and comfortable. - The Pools: There are two salt water pools (one indoor and one out). The indoor pool is olympic sized. Also note the the facilities are used by the community. I think there is a local swim team that practices there but it was never a problem. It sort of added to the atmosphere because the place was all inclusive but you were still around locals. My kids are swimmers and it kept them amused our entire stay. - The Beach: The beach was steps from the outdoor pool. You have to walk down some stair, but it is passable. The beach is a quintessential Naopolitan beach. It’s rocky but they had ample lounge chairs and umbrellas. They even had a covered lanai to get out of the sun. (Both the pool and the beach are almost a must if you are doing a walking tour of Pompeii in July.) - The Food: The breakfast was a buffet and included in our room fee. It was both savory & sweet with pastry & cured meats. Fantastic. The restaurant was great for dinner. All dining areas are on outdoor balconies and have amazing waterfront views. There is also a full service snack bar by the pool that is reasonably priced. Truthfully, we stayed there for four nights and barely eat off the grounds during that time. - The Staff: Knowledgable & courteous (i.e. - They suffered through my very poor Italian but also spoke English when needed : ) - The Price: Considering all it included, it was very reasonable. Ultimately, I decided to write this review months later because I keep thinking back to how amazing it was. I’ve been to Italy several times both alone & to visit my Italian family. This was the perfect place to build in some R & R on a trip that was very busy. I would definitely go there again.

We chose this Inn because of the location and we wanted a relaxing break to start our vacation. The staff at the hotel are wonderful. Raffaello at the front desk makes you feel like family and he takes care of everything you need. We booked the package that included dinner, cooking class and vineyard tour with wine tasting. Dinner was served in our room in takeout containers with a bottle of wine. It was tasty and we were glad to be able to eat in our room after a long day of traveling. We walked to breakfast and were amazed at the views from the vineyard where breakfast is served. Had a great breakfast (we ate too much!) and then took our cooking class with Helena which was fantastic. We made homemade gnocchi which we later got to eat for lunch. The vineyard is beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our tour. We then had wine tasting with Carmelo which was also very good paired with our lunch. We then spent time at the Inns beautiful pool on the roof. Our stay was amazing and just what we needed! Only con was that we are too much food because it was very good! This is a perfect place to stay if you want to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle!
