Sundial D310 Charming Beachfront Getaway!

Fantastic condo for our small family of three! My husband and I stayed for a week with our one-year-old, and the hosts were incredibly thoughtful and accommodating. They even dropped off toddler dishes and bath toys, which was such a kind and appreciated touch.The property was exceptionally well equipped for a beach stay, with chairs, an umbrella, sand toys, shell-collecting gear, and a beach wagon; there was truly no need to bring or buy anything extra when traveling with a little one.Having the beach right on site was wonderful, and we enjoyed the heated pool every day with our son. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples and small families.

We can't say enough good things about our experience. Rob and Jennifer were incredible. The unit was everything we hoped for. The area was perfect. Walking, biking, pickleball, dining - it had it all. We will definitely return.

Fantastic condo. Well stocked with everything needed and beyond. Extras like beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels very much appreciated. Inviting and nicely decorated. Was a great getaway location for us. Sanibel Island does not disappoint for the shell hunter and walks on the beach.

The stay was amazing. The Island was slow because of the off season but the condo was beautiful.

The card, champagne, and orange juice left for our anniversary were such thoughtful surprises and made us feel truly special.Exploring the property, I was impressed by how fresh and renewed everything felt while maintaining that laid-back, welcoming vibe Sundial is known for. The owners’ (Rob & Jennifer Winters) attention to detail was obvious—from the well-appointed condo to the sparkling pool and the peaceful atmosphere. We never heard any construction noise, which made our stay even more relaxing.Evenings were spent strolling along the sandy shore, soaking in breathtaking sunsets. With both the elevator and pool fully operational, our days were easy and enjoyable. I’m so grateful for the dedication behind the resort’s revival.If you’re thinking of visiting Sanibel, Sundial D310 is ready to welcome you. For us, it was more than a vacation—it was a chance to celebrate, reconnect, and create wonderful new memories in a beloved place. I can’t recommend it enough!
