We kind of got a bad feeling from arrival at the Hotel when we were told they don’t provide assistance with luggage, 16 stairs to climb with luggage was not a good start while the two front office staff sat behind the counter offering no assistance or help. This was followed by a issue in regards to beach access, the hotel web site states beach access courtesy of Hotel, be but we were informed they charge 45 EUR a day, the young girl girl working at the reception told us this is alway a problem with guests and the hotel should update its website. In the end we walked across the road to the club to find they only charge 22 EUR a day for two sun beds and an umbrella, it seems the hotel puts a 100% mark up on the price they charge. In the end we walked 300 meters along the beach and found a great beach club charging 14 EUR for two guests and spent our week there with a better beach and great restaurant and bar for lunch. Rooms are good size and bright but the hotel is poorly managed with staff not providing any levels of service. Breakfast is poor and impossible to get coffee. HK vacuuming corridors outside guest rooms late at night, all showing little management of the hotel. There are better options including Hotels with pools that we will book for our next visit to beautiful Sanremo.
