Excellent place right in the middle of old San Juan. All the attractions are walking distance. Restaurants and bars nearby. Traffic is bad in the area and parking is hard to find. We loved our stay here, we just rode Uber to and from the airport and everything else is walkable. If you have a car, park in the garage and leave there unless you have to go to other towns.
Our hostess at the guest house was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast everyday was excellent and included. Gives us energy to start our day of touring. Will definitely stay there again. And I can’t help to mention how clean and fresh smelling the whole property is… it’s home sweet home.

We were greeted warmly by the fellow who I think is the manager. He took my number so that he could text me when our room was ready. Everything was very clean and the lovely very old rooms were nice enough. The bed was not great but not terrible either. My biggest complaint was that in the morning, when I wanted to take a shower, the hot water took forever and only went to lukewarm at best. The breakfast, while very good, was limited to a few items and they were very strict with charging extra for any “add ons “ like cheese in the eggs or even a second cup of coffee. I felt a bit nickle and dimed with all the attempts to charge extra. Especially when the room cost was a stratospheric $330 a night for a small, queen sized bed room. I would have thought they could give us coffee refills for that price.

We had to book with this place last minute because the one we stayed and couldn’t handle or take us anymore. This is a phenomenal stay and with 10 or 10 recommend this to anybody else who wants to have a higher luxury feel to stay in old San Juan.

Great location in Old San Juan and it is operated professionally with immense hospitality. Beautiful room and an amazing sprawling rooftop. We will stay again when we return.

This hotel stands out as one of our cherished favorites! We have a penchant for boutique hotels due to the personalized service and rapport with the staff, not to mention our love for unique and charming properties – and this place fulfilled all those expectations superbly.
The room was stunning, with its 20’ ceilings, and beautifully appointed bathroom. The lobby, halls and restaurant were equally lovely but let’s not forget the rooftop! That rooftop…wow!! An amazing place to take in the city! Make sure to reserve the rooftop hot tub for an experience you will not soon forget. The night views from the private hot tub was the perfect ending to our stay. We’ll be back!!
