อย่าคาดหวังกับการพักผ่อนที่ดับเบิ้ลทรีแห่งนี้ เราจองห้องพักโรงแรมไว้ 3 คืน ห้อง 201 ปีกตะวันออกของโรงแรมอยู่ติดกับร้านค้าปลีก (Marshalls) และด้านบนท่าเรือส่งสินค้าและคอมเพรสเซอร์ขยะอุตสาหกรรม ห้องพักสวย & สะอาด แต่คุณจะไม่สามารถมีที่พักที่พักผ่อนได้เลยค่ะ คืนวันศุกร์เราตื่นมาตี 3 ครึ่ง โดยรถเข็นคันใหญ่มาส่งหรือรับอะไรมารับ ๆ ไม่แน่ใจว่าทํางานให้โรงแรมหรือ retail หรือเปล่า แต่หลังจากนี้ก็ไม่ง่ายที่จะนอนหลับอีก เสียงดังกับเสียงรบกวนนี้ ประตูด้านล่างเรา (พนักงานทางเข้า) จะเปิดและโดนกระแทกแบบไม่หยุดเป็นชั่วโมงต่อๆ เช้าวันเสาร์เราบอกพนักงานหน้าฟร้อนท์เรื่องปัญหา เค้าบอกว่าจะย้ายเราไปอีกฝั่งของโรงแรมแต่ต้องรอให้แขกเช็คเอ้าท์(ซึ่งเขามั่นใจว่าจะมี) และเค้าสามารถถือห้องเตียงคู่ใหม่ให้เราได้ เราบอกเค้าว่าเราจะกลับมาหลังงานของเราเพื่อจะได้ห้องพัก วันต่อมาเมื่อกลับมาถึงโรงแรมประมาณ 4 ทุ่มเราก็กลับมาที่ฟร้อนท์มีกะใหม่ทํางานที่ฟร้อนท์ เค้าบอกเราว่าไม่มีห้องใหม่ให้เราและว่าจองเต็มแล้วและบอกว่า ”เน้นกลุ่มใหญ่” และไม่มีห้องใหม่ให้เรา ผิดหวังสุดๆ! ไม่มีอะไรที่เราสามารถทําได้ ประเด็นต่อไปคือเช้าวันจันทร์ ตื่นขึ้นมาอีกครั้ง โดยรถบริการส่งซักรีดของโรงแรมตอน 6 โมงเช้า!!!! เลื่อน Containers ของเขาเข้าออกรถใช้ gate load lift ทุกครั้ง ห้องพักควรทํากันเสียงให้มีหน้าต่างกันเสียงด้วย ทางโรงแรมควรมีข้อตกลงกับทางธุรกิจค้าปลีกให้ไม่รบกวนแขกโรงแรมด้วยการส่งและการใช้เครื่องประปาขยะกลางดึก! ท้ายที่สุด การที่แขกไม่สามารถมีคืนพักผ่อนที่โรงแรมได้ ไม่ดีต่อโรงแรม! ดิฉันหมายถึง นี่ไม่ใช่จุดประสงค์หลักของโรงแรมหรอ? !! เพื่อให้แขกสามารถนอนได้อย่างสบายโดยไม่ขัดจังหวะ ?! ดังนั้นระวังเรื่องใหญ่ๆ นี้ หากคุณตัดสินใจจองห้องพักกับโรงแรม DoubleTree Hilton นี้จริงๆ
