ZERO STARS- where do I begin? The hotel looked like a haunted house- dusty, dirty, broken furniture in the hallways. My room had a tv with a shattered screen, no toiletries, duck tape on the curtains, no lightbulbs and dead batteries in the remote control. Every time I would leave my room, my “key” would stop working and I would have to go to the lobby to have them “re-keyed”. Breakfast was supposed to be included from 6:30-9:30am. At 9:15, I went down to the dining area - as I walked up to the coffee station, the desk clerk walked in front of me and started unplugging everything and taking it away!! She said “breakfast ends at 9:30!” , I said “it’s 9:15!!” As I tried to grab a muffin, she swept them all into a bag and took them away. Finally I said “You are so rude!!” Then she plugged the coffee pot back in. There were COLD powdered eggs and “sausage” that was undercooked. Finally I just gave up and went next door to Cracker Barrel. I would sleep in my car before I would EVER stay at Quality Inn again. WORST HOTEL EVER. DO NOT STAY HERE.
