My honey and I had an amazing time at the hotel! Breakfast in bed was the best. The front desk was kind and attentive to our needs. The bar downstairs and the pool were a great time as well. Will be coming back soon!

Here for a conference for a 3 nights. Check in was quick and overall the facility was adequate but there were issues with the elevators only 1 sometimes two of the four would work. Housekeeping was short staffed as they would come finally come around at 5:30. As she was clearly struggling to keep up I declined service both times as it was just me in the room. As with many of the hotels in the area convenient access to the river walk and it’s restaurants.

Perfect location for walking everywhere we wanted to go. I’ve been to this property a few times and it’s always been great.

Service was Excellent! The concierge was fabulous. She found out we were celebrating our anniversary and sent wine and chocolates to our room.
The accommodations were good. There were some stains on the carpet in bedroom, which I felt could have been taken care of.
Also, in ad, it promoted their luxury bathrobes. But there were none. All in all, we had a great stay

The staff was great the valets went out of their way the room was a different story no soap in the soap dispenser and seemed like they did a rush job cleaning the room

Loved the hotel but wasn’t told that even though I paid extra to be on the riverside, my room overlooked the pool and couldn’t see any of the river walk.

This is my 3rd time staying at the westin on the riverwalk. I will only stay here from now on. The service at valet , check in and the guy who took up our luggage were all so quick and friendly. I initially booked here for the location. The hotel is beautiful clean and roomy. I continue to return because of the service.

I chose this hotel because website said it was on the River walk. It was not on the River
Accessibility, yes was close but not a hotel on the actual river.
