The hotel is clean, bed is comfortable and employees are very helpful.
The only issue is no one comes in to clean your room? We stayed 3 nights.

The front desk guy was amazing! Very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The inside of the hotel was very clean. The outside was well lit up at night for walking to your vehicle. Only thing is they do not offer breakfast here.

Stayed for 5 nights. The rooms were clean and supplied everything we needed. We used the laundy room and gym, and they were nice and clean. The customer services was exceptional and they back it up with a lot of compassion. It was clear they wanted their guest to feel welcomed and happy with their stay.

This was THE perfect place to stay for Airforce graduation! It was close to base but also just a short drive to downtown! Staff was amazing! Parking was easy and free! Loved that they had security in the parking lot when we had to leave early in the morning. Always felt safe. Loved our stay and will definitely stay again if we return to San Antonio!

The staff were great! Friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was clean, beds were comfy and the kitchenette was nice to have. The price was good and it was close to the base for our son’s graduation! Awesome stay, thanks!
