Me gustó mucho la atención del personal, la alimentación y la tranquilidad, NO ME GUSTO QUE SOLO PONEN MUSICA REJETON, Que no se entiende nada y lo poco que se entiende son vulgaridades que ofenden a la mujer; nuestro folclor es muy rico, tenemos la salsa, el vallenato, musica tropical, porque solo el reggaeton que es un insulto. Lo mismo sucede en los otros hoteles como el cove. POR FAVOR NO MAS REJETON, las familias con niños también se lo agradeceran.

La ubicación esta bien, queda cerca a la playa, pero las instalaciones muy regulares, primero la distribucion de las camas, luego aparecio una gotera en la habitación, me cambiaron a otra pero en esa el agua no llegaba con suficiente fuerza, definitivamente tuve una mala experiencia.

Por rescatar y resaltar la atención al cliente, de resto muy regular todo! El aire acondicionado funciona a medias, los baños están bien, algunos colchones durísimos, las escaleras súper pendientes para subir, tener en cuenta si van con algún aldulto porq este no sería el hotel.

El hotel es muy basico, cuando nos vendieron el plan venia todas las comidas incluidas pero cuando llegamos al hotel nos llevamos la sorpresa que solo incluia el desayuno. Mala informacion por parte de On vacation :(

Relación precio-satisfacción, me encuentro conforme con lo obtenido. Excelente ubicación y muy buena atención. Pueden mejorar la habitación con un minibar y hacer un poco más variado el desayuno. Por lo demás, muy satisfecho con lo obtenido.

Terrible and arrogant service, bathroom without hot water with moldy cloth curtains, weak air conditioning. Old hotel with bad smell. Only the breakfast staff was nice. I do not recommend this hotel!
