Very friendly staff, the young lady (I didn’t get her name) at the front counter was extremely polite and very friendly, always with a professional attitude and very helpful. The entire staff from the manager to custodial always greeted. The room was very spacious and very clean and the view was spectacular. The distance from the center of the town was perfect and just from away from the crowds. Thank Koray for your hospitality.  Angel M.

The hotel was amazing for what we paid for. The hotel was very clean and the staff were amazing. I work in the hotel industry for over 30 years so trust me I know what customer service is. My family really enjoyed their stay. The food was always of great standard, and dare I say it again the staff really made our stay. The hotel was very clean which is what I look for whenever I ho to a hotel or restaurant. I had a small problem with my room which was sorted within 15 minutes. The only downside which I had to mention which what was provided this is minimal was that it was a taxi ride to the city centre. Was to far to walk but taxi was readily available at a cost of £8 each way, I was happy to pay that as I was going with English pounds but to Colombian ppl this can be a bit expensive. There is a buss which charges £1. Pound but there is no schedule so you need to wait bu the roadside. I also found out you can stop people onna motorcycle and they will take you to the city centre. I must stress this is at your own risk, I am sure they are probably not insured and should anything go wrong you might struggle with your insurance company. There is no bar/lounge. They only speak Spanish. No English. Long list of rules. Even though we had a pre-paid package, we had to pay an extra amount of "tax" per night when we checked in. Only one towel per person. For shower and pool. No extra towels. One key per room even if there multiple people in the room. WiFi doesn't work in rooms or in many common areas. They sell food and beverages, but can't make change for "large bills." The breakfasts and dinners are the same things over and over and over again. We had a tour package with breakfast and dinner included so we were stuck with it. No hot water in our room. Learn to shower with cold. Not even lukewarm. Front desk attendant had no idea how much a taxi to downtown would cost. Turns out, taxis are ridiculously expensive on San Andres. 25,000 pesos to go downtown which is less than 5 minutes away. Could see light through cracks in the slats of the doors. There is a hotel shuttle that takes you downtown at 8:30 am and brings you back at 5. The driver is great. A+ to him. Doesn't work on Tuesdays. The pool is nice enough. It's far away from downtown and the beaches you can swim at, though it has a nice view of the ocean. It's a rocky, non-beach area though. Next to a property that has a dog that barks constantly. We heard that from our room all the time.

Fomos bem atendidos na recepção, onde foram atenciosos e receptivos. Porém, não podemos dizer o mesmo da área da gastronomia/serviço. Chuveiro gelado! No café da manhã, eles não avisaram que a gente tinha que escolher entre as duas opções de ovos servidos, criou-se um constrangimento sem necessidade. E o pior foi falta de empatia com a questão do horário do café da manhã no dia do embarque de retorno. Explicamos que, em função do nosso vôo, precisávamos tomar café com meia hora de antecedência. E não nos negamos a pagar, separadamente, por essa meia hora antecedente. O que aconteceu foi que nos serviram um pedaço de fruta, num péssimo atendimento, falta de pensar um pouquinho só no dia que o hóspede que vem de longe tem pela frente. Um verdadeiro exemplo do que não fazer com quem está voltando para casa!!!

O hotel entrega bem pra uma viagem econômica. Ficamos em um quarto que estava um pouco mofado, não tinha cortina (todos que passagem viam dentro do quarto), alagou o quarto e faltou água. Alem disso, a água é salobra e fria, mas isso é em praticamente todos os hotéis da ilha. Tirando as coisas ruim, a estadia foi tranquila. Eles estão longe do centro mas tem transfer que sai às 8:30h e retorna as 17:30h.
