เมืองที่อบอุ่น การมาเยือน Salzburg (บ้านเกิดของโมสาร์ท) ครั้งแรกทำให้ฉันประทับใจมาก โรงแรมเงียบสงบเหมือนรีสอร์ท พนักงานต้อนรับกระตือรือร้นมาก ห้องพักค่อนข้างเหมาะสม น้ำอาบมีขนาดใหญ่ และสะดวกสบาย! ฉันจะยังคงเลือกที่นี่เมื่อมาซาลซ์บูร์กในอนาคต!

ระเบียงมองเห็นสวนสวยดี เครื่องปรับอากาศทำงานได้ดี บริเวณแต่งตัวดี แต่มีเฟอร์นิเจอร์เพียงชิ้นเดียว แขกคนไหนที่ต้องเก็บสัมภาระให้พ้นจากพื้น ไม่มีเคาน์เตอร์ในห้องน้ำ! ไม่มีพื้นที่เคาน์เตอร์ในห้องน้ำทำให้ผู้หญิง 2 คนแต่งหน้าและอุปกรณ์อาบน้ำเป็นเรื่องยากมาก พนักงานไม่กระตือรือร้นที่จะมีส่วนร่วม คาดหวังมากกว่านี้สำหรับราคา

The stay was amazing with ample space and clean / eco friendly environment. Definitely recommend to stay since very close to city centre with good public transport

front desk incharge very accomodating. Overall good hotel to stay. Walking distance to Salzburg main train station.

It was very clean easy to get to the city center and close to the train station.

Nice hotel conveniently located for train station and bus routes. Staff very friendly and helpful, gardens are lovely, room aircon worked very well. Not really up to the condition and level of service I’d expect for a 4 star hotel though. No coffee pod top up during a 3 night stay and room decor was pretty tired and basic.

This was a very pleasant hotel, convenient for the train station and about a 15 minute walk from the Old Town Reception staff were very helpful when I arrived, with restaurant recommendations and information about the Salzburg Card

The staff were great, food was awesome and excellent location. Would stay here again for sure. Not a mark against the hotel but I did get quite a lot of mosquito bites so if youre travelling there in this climate then take some repellant. Thanks for a great stay!

This is a beautiful hotel so close to the train station. We had a very nice room with a balcony that looked over a very nice garden which was part of its property. We could sit there in the evening enjoying a glass of wine. The last night that we were there they were serving dinner al fresco in the garden. The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. I would definitely stay there again when in Salzburg and would recommend it to my friends The location is very convenient and not that far from the historic old town.
