Roof top restaurant good foods but the sunset too strong to enjoy

Although the hotel’s location is very advantageous, this alone does not compensate for the overall shortcomings of the stay. The rooms are extremely small, and the bathroom is clearly inadequate in terms of both design and functionality. The level of comfort and service provided falls well below what is expected from a five-star property. Very good service

The design of the bathroom was awkward, resulting in the floor outside of the shower cubicle to "flood" every time. Shower gel was empty for 2 days and it took a call for them to replenish it, while towels were not refreshed. Lastly the much vaulted rooftop restaurant does not have a view, and service was appalling, preferring to provide service non Asian customers and neglect my table. And the server will retort you when you brought it up. Only saving grace was location

The hotel is in a quiet location, a short 10 to 15min walk to the main attractions. We got a room upgrade and the bathroom is big, room is clean and comfortable.

前台帥哥服務很好，入住送的巧克力美味無比，還幫我們打印了交通票，房間還不錯，早餐很豐富，雖然價格有點小貴，旅遊季節嘛可以理解。我們在這裏住了三晚，這是我第二次來薩爾茨堡，還是覺得那麼美好。（圖一、二是在酒店餐廳的露台上拍的。

房間不錯 打開梳化床位置也不擁擠 早餐很豐盛 可以坐在外面看着薩爾茨堡的美景吃 很舒服 不遠處有一家越南粉 對於十來天沒吃中餐的我們簡直美味至極 走路七八分鐘 附近薩赫餐廳的蛋糕不要輕易嘗試 無敵甜

整體都不錯，小插曲就是進房間時候前台小哥給的房卡寫的09，但是怎麼刷都進不了，結果再返回下去問才知道是04。數字寫的真難懂😅😅😅 他們能免費多寄存一天行李這點，就可以忽略其他各種小問題。

酒店也是位於老城區邊緣，離景點步行有點遠。充其量就是一個經濟型酒店。但是價格賣的很貴，而且我提前訂的到您入住的時候價格又降了，雖然攜程補了差價，最不滿意的是明明我把一袋裝滿硬幣的大概十幾歐硬幣的袋子退房的時候落在桌上了，退房後半個小時發現了我馬上發郵件並且打電話給酒店前台，但是酒店前台説沒有找到，不肯承認。這一點跟國內的誠實度根本沒法比。 還有一點是我是開車來的，雖然酒店有停車場，但是位置非常遠，而且非常繞，停車費也死貴一個一天25元，如果懂外語的話直接停停在路邊的停車場，便宜的多。 我們是一家三口，所以當時訂的是三人房，結果到酒店發現衹是加了一個梳化床而已，價格卻要貴了1/3。

酒店不錯，離火車站不遠，走路10分鐘左右，這次不包含早餐，不知道好不好，前台很熱情，耐心的幫助辦理各項事宜

非常好的家庭房，因為我們是家庭出遊，必須要定一個家庭房才方便，提前給攜程客服説明留一個好點的家庭房，很給力，滿意👍
