Could have been cleand more

I'd say some nice improvements since I first started staying. Got a free upgrade. Definitely nicer than their neighbors La Quinta.

Too close to the freeway, noisy. Quiet inside.

I was very comfortable. And I enjoyed the cookies.

Clean and comfortable rooms.

I was pleasantly surprised. A great hotel to stay very clean and I felt safe.

Receptionist was really friendly and helpful The lobby is nice and has 24 coffee and cookies ( we did not take advantage of the free breakfast). The room was clean and spacious The not so good part was that housekeeping comes around at 9 am and they were noisy. Talking on their Walkie-Talkies and having long and loud conversations in the hallway The hotel is right next to the freeway so you’ll hear the noise from that as well So all in all the hotel itself and the room is good but if you like it quiet then it might not be best for you

Very quiet environment, friendly staff, very clean!

I checked in my room around 8:45pm. I noticed a smelled when I first opened the door but I was so tired they I just flopped on the bed. Shortly after, I took my shoes off and walked to the window to close the blinds and my socks began to get very wet, that’s when I noticed the entire carpet was wet. I cashed down to the front desk and didn’t get an answer. I laid back down and went to sleep. Sounds 12:45am, I got up and went down to notify the desk clerk. He told me he’d come up to check but had to find security. He never came. My socks are wet, the room stinks of mold,

Very nice hotel with very good breakfast.

Great friendly staff great breakfast

The staff is great, breakfast is good but the room was decent overall besides the carpet which really needs to change it feels disgusting just walking on it. The main complaint is the walls are very thin, probably the worst night of sleep as I could hear everything….. believe my room was next to the employees work room as I could hear them talking, also the doors opening and closing throughout the night and I kept hearing a washer and dryer??? Overall the staff deserves 5 stars and the rest of the stay was not.
