Brilliant place to stay. Reception staff very friendly and professional and overall excellent customer service. The only aspect i wound improve would be the veggie breakfast

Fantastic from start to finish our stay was excellent. Warm welcome. Great food. Drinks. Service. Staff. beds so comfortable . Showers. Decor. Location to the airport. Definitely recommend

Great property for an overnight stay. really clean and tidy
Some staff can be rather abrupt however the breakfast staff are fantastic!

Very welcoming, I arrived at 09.00 in the morning and they managed to get a room available for me, well before check in. Everyone very friendly and helpful.

The staff were friendly and obliging, the property was a nicely renovated, very authentic British Style country Hotel, restaurant and Pub in a suburban setting.

The hotel was excellent,clean friendly staff and great food and drink.only ten minutes walk to the tram to go straight into manchester. I would recomend this hotel if you are going to Manchester or the surrounding area

Warm, welcoming, helpful and friendly staff. Clean room, large bathroom, great breakfast, will definitely book again when I’m in the area for work. Beats a Premier inn hands down

Third time we have stayed here.
All have been good. Hotel accommodation has been expanded since our last stay - all to the good.
Room very comfortable.
Check-in reception service excellent, and very friendly staff on reception when we left early in the morning.
No doubt we will consider staying there again if the need arises.
