เมืองนี้สะอาด และโรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่ดี เดินไปยังสถานที่ท่องเที่ยวต่างๆ ได้ มีที่จอดรถกว้างขวาง และต้องเสียค่าจอด ปัญหาสำคัญคือมีมดรบกวนห้องพัก เราพักอยู่ชั้นหนึ่ง (จริงๆ แล้วเราพักอยู่ชั้นสอง) และเห็นมดอยู่บนโต๊ะและเตียงตอนเช้าตรู่ วันรุ่งขึ้นก็มีมดเกาะบนเสื้อผ้าในตู้เสื้อผ้าด้วย ไม่น่าอยู่เอาเสียเลย

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมสำหรับการเที่ยวชมเมือง - พนักงานเป็นมิตร - ยกเว้นแม่ครัวที่ดูแลอาหารเช้า - มีดอกไม้สดอยู่ทั่วไป - เงียบสงบในตอนกลางคืน - มีที่จอดรถโดยเสียค่าธรรมเนียม - วิวโบสถ์จากที่พักสวยงามริมสระว่ายน้ำ - อุปกรณ์ในห้องน้ำควรได้รับการปรับปรุง - คุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารดีมาก

Great location, attentive service (room was made up twice per day), and requests quickly accommodated. All of the expected 5* amenities like robes, slippers, etc., were provided, and coffee and tea-making facilities were in the room (which is not necessarily standard in Spain). Good soundproofing. The only qualm I had was that we got two single beds without a mattress topper, which was less than ideal as a couple, even though I asked for a double bed if possible as part of the booking. I will not remove stars because of this, as only after checking out did I realize that I should have perhaps asked again if at least the mattress topper could be provided. Also, the lights in the room were wired in a weird way, and we never got the hang of it until the end.

Best hotel to stay in Salamanca. Beautiful, excellent service, close to everything and it has parking

The hotel is overpriced in my opinion. Long walk to the room, pool was closed, we were not the only people asking (understand it's time of year but it was 28 degrees outside). Couldn't get a drink when we wanted one in the afternoon as no one available and bar was shut when we got back in the evening.

Superb location in an old convent. Great views, large room with many windows. Clean large bathroom. Recommended.

Great location, good parking, and in general good facilities. Only downside was cleanliness, but I am very particular about that. Found a hair in the bathroom and there was a weird smell sometimes.

we packed our car in this hotel, the staff can help for parking. All the town within walking distance from the hotel. Great, will stay here again next time.

房間在當地來説比較算大的，沒有發現網上説的蟲子情況，前台挺熱情，早餐很好，是有歷史的酒店，離景點都不遠。

在老城區，整個酒店很有味道，老房子。去大學和各種景點都很方便！值得入住。早餐也不錯哦。

酒店本身是一座經過精心修復的歷史建築，內部保留了許多原始的建築特色和裝飾元素，位於薩拉曼卡市中心，距離主要景點如馬薩拉曼卡大學及教堂等都很近，周邊超市餐飲都非常方便，酒店服務人員非常友好，房間乾淨舒適，是薩拉曼卡最好的酒店

房間很大，因為自駕，離停車場比較近，但離接待處有些繞。離景點走10多分鐘路程。
