Despite providing all necessary details including flavor and timing and two days later, we discovered that the order had never been placed with the bakery. No Follow-up: At 4:00 PM, we were told the staff would "see what they could do." We waited an hour for an update, only to be told they would call us back by 8:00 PM. That follow-up call never happened, nor did we receive any apology or acknowledgment for the breakdown in communication."

Service is good and the food is good with plenty to choose from the menu. The beach is nice with very easy access and water sports available, such as kayak, paddle boarding and small sailboat. There are scheduled boat trips for you to choose from for day trips and sunset cruise. A pleasant stay to rest and relax while enjoying the tropical sunshine and beautiful vistas."

"This time I stayed in an executive suite. The room was very clean. The sofa bed in the living room was 1.5 meters in size. The bed in the bedroom was very large. There were many tables, coffee tables and sofas in the room. There were balconies in the living room and bedroom, which was very suitable for a family trip. The hotel has a private beach. Although it is not big, it is better to go to the public beach outside. The hotel's own restaurants are okay, but it's best to book in advance. We stayed for four nights and went directly to Aloro Italian Restaurant on the first night and was told that tables would only be available at 9 o'clock. I made a reservation in advance for the next day, but it was only available at 9 o'clock for the next three days. I had to give up this restaurant and ate at several other restaurants. We went on a sunset cruise at the hotel. The scenery was beautiful. After eating the snacks and sandwiches provided on the boat, there was no need for dinner if you have a small appetite."
