Staff is very friendly and the quirky house has is own charm. Breakfast is poor in terms of offering. Scrambled eggs for example costs another CHF 6.5. Every extra than bred, butter and marmalade costs extra. Dogs are allowed in the room, but not in the restaurant/breakfast. Bathrooms are not in the room, instead at a separate room. So you need to cross the corridor. Also worth to notice room walls are thin, you can easily hear your neighbors next door. Overall cleanliness is great. This hotel is definitely better for families than couples. And value for money is low. CHF 220.- for a guesthouse/lodge is too much. But since Corona time, it seems every hotel has massively increased their prices. ,pressing the lemon‘ is not sustainable.

Sono tornata al Chesa Spuondas e di nuovo sono rimasta stupita dall'atmosfera magica, dalla vista e dalla bellezza del posto. Le camere sono spaziose, la vista fantastica e la regione offre molto. Lo consiglio a chi è in cerca di un albergo diverso dalla massa, con una storia e un'autenticità uniche. Unico possibile miglioramento: orario apertura ristorante & croissants a colazione.
