It's one of the best hotels in St. Moritz. The room is big enough for 2 people. The best thing about the hotel is the shower. It's automatic with multiple shower head systems. Breakfast is also not bad. But can have more choices. The view is supervise from the room.

The hotel is clean and neat. Staff was very friendly. The hotel entrance is located on the upper slope. Don’t walk on the wrong side. Location near city area. Bus stop is just 5min walk from the hotel.

The lake view from my room was fantastic. But the service experience in the breakfast is bad. We were singled out and asked/ordered “not to take anything away, ok!” I don’t know why she said that, may be we were eating too much as per her standard.

服務很周到 這次不小心把護照遺忘在房間床上，飯店人員很友善幫忙把護照寄到我下兩個行程的飯店，讓我不用擔心會發生什麼事，回應也很即時很快 飯點附近接近湖邊，天氣好到拍照起來都很美，下次有機會會在那裡待兩晚

サンモリッツからツェルマット行きの氷河特急に乗車する為に泊まらせて頂きました。 駅からは少し坂を登りますが近くよかったです。

餐廳服務態度很好，設施普通、地點不太方便-從火車站坐出租車到飯店約20元瑞士法郎。

8月/1日抵達st.moritz車站下起小雨沒有拍照隔天清晨也下過雨急忙趕9:42冰河景觀列車算是印象尚可的酒店

酒店服務費很不錯 房間很難過 停車位很多人 早餐很豐盛 景色還可以 值得你來這裏 酒店價格比較貴
