Séjour du 23 au 27 décembre - appartement 522 & 501 Avant mon arrivée, j'avais demandé à avoir une location avec une baignoire, demande confirmée car tous les T2 sont équipés d'une baignoire m'a-t-on répondu À la prise de ma location, j'avais une douche ! (appartement 522) Après avoir exprimé mon mécontentement samedi matin et alors qu'on m'avait dit à la réception qu'il n'y avait plus d'appartement avec baignoire, une personne de l'accueil vient me voir et comme par hasard, me trouve un appartement avec une baignoire Transfert des affaires et prise de la nouvelle location (appartement 501), au moment de vouloir prendre un bain, grand moment de solitude ! Pas de bouchon pour pouvoir le prendre Retour à la réception pour en demander un...et là ! autre moment de solitude...après m'avoir promis de m'en apporter un rapidement, 1h après j'étais toujours dans l'attente de ce fameux bouchon... Après un autre passage à la réception, on me dit qu'il n'est pas possible den avoir un car les baignoires ont été livrées sans ! Au bout du compte, pour me faire couler un bain, j'ai été obligé de boucher la baignoire avec un ac en plastique pour pouvoir en profiter !! Du jamais vu pour moi ! Dois je parler des mômes qui couraient dans les couloirs en hurlant comme des hystériques ? Les parties communes sont sales, les balcons sont sales, les appartements n'ont pas de voilage, etc... Bref ! Si vous voulez perdre de l'argent, c'est là qu'il faut descendre ! Sinon fuyez cet établissement...

Este hotel es un auténtico desastre, empezando por la recepción que están como amargados, no atienden a nadie y cuando lo hacen es con mal humor, las habitaciones dejan mucho que desear, sucias y mal acondicionadas, sólo nos pusieron una toalla para la ducha y las manos, y éramos dos personas, la ducha es una pista de patinaje, muy peligrosa, y la taza del water estaba rota así como los azulejos y con suciedad, las mesitas de noche montaban sobre la cama, con el consiguiente peligro, y la puerta en la zona de la llave estaba totalmente rota, daba la impresión que había sido forzada, vamos, es mas una pensión de barrios bajos. En cuanto a la comida poco bueno se puede decir, escasa y de poca calidad, sólo se salva el desayuno, que estaba aceptable. No recomiendo este hotel en absoluto.

Point positif : Nous avons loué 2 chambres pour 2 nuits. L'hôtel est un très bon qualité prix. Les chambres sont propres, confortables avec dosettes de café et de thé à disposition un plus. Les lits sont confortables, la salle de bain est fonctionnelle. Nous avons pris des petits déjeuners sous forme de buffet (viennoiserie, pain, yaourt, œuf, fruits frais...). Très bon accueil L'hôtel est très bien situé à proximité du métro et du bus à 100m et parking gratuit à 200m. Point negatif Mauvaise isolation des portes de chambres. Un mitigeur thermostatique dans la douche serait très apprécié. Un hôtel sans ascenseur mais normal pour un vieux bâtiment avec du cachet

Loved the Hotel and easy to get into central Paris from the metro which is a short and flat 10 minute walk from the hotel. Great service in the room and it was immaculate every day. The adjoining restaurant serves great food and arriving in the evening at the hotel the restaurant was a convenient being part of the hotel complex. Would definitely stay at the hotel again and i highly recommend it

On the All Accor website, you search (and pay for) a hotel with a 4 * room, clean, with air conditioning and 4 * service. Wrong. You are in an old hotel, with leaking pipes even at the reception (see photo). Basically you are in a Motel, without working air conditioning in the rooms, without working fridge, with a very very hot room that is not clean, without the possibility of sleeping even with open door and open window. However, you can complain, of course. And at the reception: they don't do anything, they tell you they can't do anything about it, they give you a fan that you have to keep on the threshold of the door to let the air in from the corridor. Great solution, so no one sleeps! (see photo) You obviously leave the hotel earlier than the booking, and they (after two hours of discussion, at night, since during the day they didn't warn you that they wouldn't fix the air conditioning and fridge) they write you that they will refund your money, and they write you by when they will refund you. Then you go away sure they will refund you: they wrote it to you! And then they don't. Then you call them back and write to them. And they don't answer you.
