ครั้งแรกที่ได้มาที่ Ibis Saint Germain en Laye Center โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่เหมาะเจาะสําหรับสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกในเมืองทุกแห่ง สวนสาธารณะ ร้านอาหาร แหล่งช้อปปิ้งพิพิธภัณฑ์ หนึ่งในสถานที่ที่ดีที่สุดที่เคยไปมาใน 20 ปีในฝรั่งเศส ไม่ได้ไปปารีส (RER เดินไม่เกิน 8 นาที) นอกจากไปฝรั่งเศส vs อังกฤษ Six Nations Match ..

Arrivée un Samedi pour 3 jours.. accueil commercial peu agréable, serrure de la chambre qui le 1er soir ne fonctionnait plus malgré 3 cartes magnétiques refaites par le veilleur de nuit. Buffet du petit déjeuner pauvre, couverts sales et machine à café en panne, suite au passage d'une équipe de 60 athlètes et une seule personne qui est restée agréable et nous a avouée qu'elle n'avait plus rien dans la cuisine pour ravitailler le buffet. 1er matin de nouveau serrure en panne. Nous avons attendu un long moment pour que la seule personne partagée entre le petit déjeuner, la réception, le départ des clients et notre problème de serrure, arrive pour nous ouvrir et nous donner une autre chambre qui elle sentait le tabac.....pour des ”non fumeur” s'en était trop ! A notre départ, après avoir donné nos impressions à la responsable qui n'est pas du tout à l'écoute du client!!!!, nous avons rendu la carte à la réceptionniste qui n'a prononcé aucune formule de politesse, que les clients ont l'habitude d'entendre lors d'un départ (Bonne journée, désolé pour les désagréments....etc...) !! Pour avoir pratiqué très souvent cette enseigne sur Strasbourg, je n'ai jamais vu cela. En résumé nous rappellerons que la base de n'importe quel commerce est la qualité de l'accueil et du service. Ensuite pour un hôtel le matériel doit être en bon état de fonctionnement et propre (serrure, matelas, lampe de chevet, robinetterie, machine à café etc...) il y va de la satisfaction client !!!!

โรงแรมทันสมัยและดีมาก ทุกอย่างทันสมัยและมีคุณภาพสูง ทีวีมัลติมีเดียที่ยอดเยี่ยมในห้อง อาหารเช้าดีและมีคุณภาพ ที่จอดรถมีให้ความสนใจ แต่ความสนใจจํากัด อยู่ที่ 2 เมตรซึ่งควรระบุเพราะฉันจ่ายเงิน 8 ยูโรและไม่สามารถจอดรถได้ แล้วข้อบกพร่องใหญ่คือเมื่อแทบไม่มีเครือข่ายโทรศัพท์ (sfr และ orange) ในโรงแรมแล้ว และ wifi ก็ไม่ค่อยดีนัก
