Le Saint Denis

Wonderful hotel in St Denis. The front desk staff were super helpful and the Sunset Lounge was a great place to unwind and enjoy the beautiful evening. There is everything you could want within the local area with lots of interesting architecture and high end shops.

Good hotel, centrally located in the capital Saint-Denis and only 15 minutes by car from the airport. Parking in the hotel's own underground car park is available for €20/night. A bit expensive, but you don't have to use it. Modern hotel rooms... clean and with a small fridge. A new bottle of water in the room every day. Nice and friendly staff. Price/performance ratio is good, even with half board. The half board dishes are excellent. A delight!!! But the half board menu changes only once a week. We stayed in this hotel for 8 days. Duck or gilthead seabream every day for a week, just with different sauces and slightly different side dishes, was too boring for us. But after the third day we were able to find a satisfactory solution with the staff. (5 stars for the kitchen)

Top location. Nice ambiance. Fantastic staff. Fabulous food. I can recommend the risotto Palmiste. The reason why i gave 3 stars only is due to rooms not being sounds proof and very little water pressure in the shower- impossible to wash your hair.

Very nice hotel. Amenities are top-notch, and service at reception was great. Had a 2-hour power failure after check-in in but overall service was good. Do not expect concierge service, it does not exist in Reunion Island. The breakfast was excellent. One the best cappuccinos I ever had at the coffee bar. Very well located in Saint-Denis, will remain my preferred hotel there in the future. A bit on the high side price-wise. Very comfortable bed and rooms are sound proof which is very important in city. Modern bathroom. Apparently, the hotel had just been renovated.

As a travel consultant I have been traveling and staying in hotels but was very disappointed with the service at Radisson Reunion Saint Denis ! There is no bellboy to carry luggage so you carry your own luggage ,there are stairs before you reach the reception counter , there were older guest who was struggling with their luggage. Breakfast absolute nightmare for 22euro per person you can easily see the hotel is cutting cost absolutely nothing on the buffet, no fruits , no oatmeal, no boil egg , no , we ask the lady why there is no fruits she said the fruit seller never comes, no option for vegan, no soymilk ! Breakfast absolutely cheap not even worth 2euro. We stayed in Saint Alexis Boucan Canot it was way much better than Radisson

Upon check in ,Luca and team was just awesome. room is well maintained, and been done daily. thanks the the young lady and young men doing doing a great job on the first floor. Management Team- very welled organized. F&B-The service is just excellent and very professional. Thanks to Thierry,, Nathie,Sheila,Jowelle and all the staffs. Front office- very welcoming and helpful. Nathalie,Luca, Miriam thanks for the professionalism. Hsk - Thank to the entire team. Chef Nicolas and team are providing the finest food around the island. To the Genaral Manager , you have a great team. keep it up . WILL SURELY RECOMMEND THIS RESORT .

I recently had a disappointing encounter with the restaurant manager, Leonardo, during my stay at Radisson St Denis, La Réunion. I requested an empty wine glass from his staff, who kindly provided it after completing some paperwork, which I understood to be a hotel procedure. However, my experience took a turn when Leonardo abruptly snatched the glass from my hand, asserting that I couldn’t take it to my room. Despite explaining that his own staff had given me the glass, he rudely insisted on replacing it with a plastic one, emphasizing it was part of their procedure. His tone and manner were highly disrespectful, leaving me questioning the way he handles customers. I attempted to address my concerns with the hotel’s director but was unsuccessful in reaching them. This incident has left me dissatisfied with the level of customer service and raises questions about the professionalism displayed by Leonardo. I hope this feedback contributes to improving customer experiences at Radisson St Denis.

An excellent sopt for leisure and recreation in St Denis. We had an excellent stay, very professional and personal staff, always avaialble to assist. Did a grreat job, following a cyclone, well done! I rate this hotel highly!
