Very enjoyable visit and reasonably priced meals for a Ryokan. I had a great time with the private bath and recommend other visitors to arrange transportation with the hotel since a pickup from them is available at a nearby bus stop.

Good service and meal. Very unique location beside the sea. Unforgettable bath experience in this hotel. Good to come.

Very nice hotel, spacious rooms & good meals!

A nice resort with sea great view. Remarkable the big garden with the paths to the sea shore. Also the onsen is very nice. The room was spacious and equipped with beds (not futon). As entertainment they organize free trips in the evening to the ruins of a plant from the gold rush times, where they display a beautiful illumination. Also some ladies perform local traditional dances in the hotel lobby, as well as a Saxophone player gave a half hour performance. However, after the performances were finished, the bar became deserted and no further service available. All in all a comfortable stay.

The scenery is gorgeous but services are a bit slow. No pre warning about booking dinner

這次新潟之行最大的驚喜是佐渡島給的，而佐渡島最大的驚喜是這個酒店給的。 到達後先是被酒店的景觀震撼，草坪海岸的藍調時刻絶美。而從入住前到退房後都感受到了細緻周到和誠意滿滿。 由於小孩不吃生食和海鮮，入住前郵件溝通，酒店工作人員表示我們大人選14850元套餐，可以給孩子選11000的，其中海鮮和生冷都換成肉。當晚，其實沒有人再來跟我確認這點，但用餐時孩子的套餐裏面生魚片、河豚鍋、烤魚等都相應替換成了天婦羅、豬肉鍋、炸雞塊、土豆色拉、牛肉。準備工作真的很到位。 酒店每天晚上八點和八點半有免費巴士載去參觀北沢浮遊礦場遺址亮燈景觀，回來後有佐渡島當地特色歌舞表演和薩克斯風演奏。還能報名早上七點海邊瑜伽。還有釣竿可以租賃。活動豐富。 退房後到酒店前的海邊草坪上拍照，司機師傅幫我們全家拍合照，這時門口迎賓的小姐姐可能以為有一位家人要拍攝無法入鏡，特地從大門口跑到草坪上，表示要幫我們一起拍合影。服務意識太讚了。 可能由於風格色調原因，網頁圖片看起來房間內部和建築外觀陳舊，其實很新很乾凈，房間寬敞舒適。 酒店景觀精緻大氣，服務又細緻到位，讓整個入住體驗完美，也為整個旅程留下了難忘的美好回憶。

位置非常近海，非常適合睇日落日出。房間很寬敞，房間內有浴盆，可以浸浴。揸車出市區，約半個鐘頭的車程。早餐是自助餐，很好味

酒店的工作人員非常熱情，户外温泉也很舒服。超美的落日景觀。餐廳的晚餐需要預約，食物很不錯。可以跟酒店約公交車站接送，非常方便。晚間還有免費的燈光秀接駁，大堂有傳統舞蹈表演。非常好的選擇。

リフォーム後のピカピカ新装開業のお部屋に宿泊しました。私達の宿泊したリフォームしたての客室には浴槽が間に合わなく部屋にシャワーしかないない状態が申し訳ないと、普段有料の露天風呂を無料でどうぞご使用くださいとのご配慮をいただき、いざ露天風呂へ♨️ しかし、その有料露天風呂の建物はホテル本体から100メートル程離れた場所にあり、屋根もない外を部屋用スリッパ＆浴衣で移動するシステムで、その日は奇しくも外は吹雪で足元はベタ雪…外は暗闇で小さなカンテラを渡されて闇の中、雪に降られながら屋外露天風呂への道中…突然スリッパが冷たい泥濘に嵌り、両足はぐちゃぐちゃ😱冷たい🥶 離れた場所に建てられた露天風呂自体は絶景が眼下にみおろせる場所にある美しい造りの露天風呂♨️でしたが、帰りも当然、足元の部屋用スリッパともに冷たい雪まみれの泥＆砂路に嵌りペチャベチャ＆グチョグチョ＆ヒエヒエ🥶＆ガタガタ:(；ﾞﾟ'ωﾟ'):直ちにホテル本館の大浴場に入り冷えてしまった身体を再度温める事態になりました。 ホテル本館から100メールも離れた場所に絶景を優先して建てた露天風呂だけの建物だと思いますから、そちらに無事に快適に移動出来るようにした方が価値がでると感じました。 例えば 雨、雪の日は長靴を貸し出す…とか 足元ライトを露天風呂♨️の建物まで道案内するように設置する…とか あの特別な有料露天風呂♨️に関してのインフォメーションは 必須項目だと思う。 せっかくの施設なのに本当に残念でした。

This Japanese style resort claims to have the "western-most sunsets in Japan" and we have to agree they were lovely. The hotel property is perched on the Sea of Japan, and there is NOTHING nearby besides scenery. No restaurants, bar, etc. BE FOREWARNED: YOU MUST RESERVE DINNER 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE OR YOU GET NOTHING !!!! We arrived late afternoon on our first night's stay and were told there were no options for us to eat except order a taxi into town or buy snacks from the on-site gift shop or vending machine. Thankfully the vending machine had cold beer and bags of bar snack. Otherwise the staff were wonderful; some English and very accommodating. The room was lovely. You got to pick your own yukata/kimono (in the lobby area) for wearing to the public onsen or to dinner if you like. The onsen was nice, but we could have used a bit of instruction on how to best use this public mineral hot springs bathing facility. The room also came with a private shower and tub. Breakfasts were traditional Japanese (lots small dishes of various foods); dinners (if reserved 24-hours prior) were also traditional Japanese. Everything was quite delicious, but just TOO much food. And it's rude to leave anything, so we tried hard to finish it all. Great resort to get a fully immersive Japanese experience. All guests are treated like royalty. Would recommend IF you have your own car or can work with Japanese-speaking taxi drivers.
