To be fair, the room was clean and quiet. HVAC worked well. Great water pressure. Plenty of hot water. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Free parking. However ... this place is surrounded by a steel fence and code-access gate, because the neighborhood dicey at best. You do not want to venture outside after dark. Homeless camps just outside and my stay saw at least two ambulance visits to the hotel. The overall atmosphere is that of a budget motel, with folks living there because they have nowhere else to go. Decent, hard-working folks, but teetering on the edges of the economy.

The hotel’s contact me regarding payments. The hotel said, didn’t receive any payment

Room is clean and spacious. Close proximity to attractions and eateries. We had a great stay.

This hotel is not in a great neighborhood. The room was OK. The beds were comfortable. People were smoking on the stairs, which was not allowed. Breakfast was minimal but ok.  Not very friendly in the office. Some people that were questionable were around. Just fair for the price.

Nice hotel to stay at. It's clean and close to the Sacramento Downtown. Good price and I highly recommend it.

No body wash, no tissues, some kind of hair on two towels.

Very well satisfied with my entire stay all the staff have Very good customer service.

No hot water, ******** in parking lot picking fights, manager lies tv didn't work half the time

Excellent.

Everything perfect! Everyone so nice, kind and helpful. Will come back again. Superb experience. 10/10

Overall an ok experience.
