Am a regular visitor to Saas Fee and having stayed at different hotels can say this is a gem. The rooms are well planned with a large cupboard and writing desk. Lighting is sufficient. The showers have good water pressure and towels felt luxurious. All rooms have balconies. If noise is an issue opt for a room which does not face the river. Overall beautiful mountain views. Breakfast is large and of good quality with option to boil you own eggs. The hotel is located on the Main Street of town and transfers from the car park are offered at a nominal cost of SWF 10 each way. The owner family runs the hotel with a passion making the guests feel comfortable and cared for.

Our luggage was lost and the staff was so friendly to us helping in every way possible. They called restaurants for us our first night as our phones weren't working and it was late on a Saturday. They honestly cared about us and when our luggage finally arrived, they were as excited as us! They were very responsive via email prior to our stay and spoke great English. We had 2 rooms next to each other with a quiet , private little alcove to add privacy for when we frequently moved between rooms. This is directly across from one of the gondolas (we skied 3 days). We could easily walk to the restaurants, shops, and we did so quite often. They were super responsive picking us up from the bus stop too. We'd stay here again for sure.

Every body was friendly and extremely efficient. The hotel is beautiful and situated at the heart of Saas Fee yet the mountain paths start just a few minutes walk away. Our beautiful suite had the most stunning view of the mountains too. For those who still have energy after a long day's walk there is the best equipped gym I have ever seen in a hotel (I wish my gym were as well equipped!) not to mention the stunning CrossFit training center. As for relaxing, the pool is woderful and we thoroughly abused of the sauna (we loved the sauna infusion in particular) and the hamam.

The Capra Hotel in Saas Fee was an exceptional blend of luxury and personal touches that make for an unforgettable stay. From the moment we arrived, the staff ensured that we felt at home. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted with a delightful espresso coffee. When I requested honey to accompany it, the attentive staff remembered this preference throughout my stay, consistently bringing me espresso with honey without needing to ask. This level of attention to detail truly sets The Capra apart. The hotel's facilities are equally impressive. The push-button showers are a standout feature, offering a luxurious and modern touch that enhances the overall experience. The spa and massage was amazing, and the hotels saunas and hydrotherapy pools, provided a perfect retreat after a day hiking. The Capra Hotel combines the warmth of a chalet with the luxury of a five-star hotel, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a personalized and memorable 5 Star alpine getaway. We will be back.

We stayed at the Europa hotel beginning of November as a family of 3. The season was barely starting. We did not feel welcome at all by the hotel manager. We did arrive a little early and it was made very clear to us that check-in was only from 3pm... They finally agreed to hand us the keys (we were one of very few guests in the hotel). Food at the restaurant was ok, although there was a mixup with our order. Room was clean, although quite old and would need to be a bit updated. Interaction at checkout was not better, when asking questions of a possible stay later this year. I think it is a shame for Saas Fee and the Swiss hospitality industry to witness this and I would not recommend this hotel for your stay.
ผผู้เข้าพักWe had an amazing trip in this private hostel room. The moonlight was reflected countless times in the multiple layered window pane. It was a deep, multi-layered experience. Even the sauna was very nice, save and relaxing for tripping. And the people were so tolerant and open. Best recommendation!
