โรงแรมอันนาพาเลซ

The hotel is nice, but staying in spring after season break determined a closed smell for our room, so we had to constantly have the window opened.

Good hotel Clean room Good breakfast

早餐比較簡單，但房間寬敞舒適，性價比很高。

A wonderful experience at AUREA ANA PALACE! The hotel is beautiful, elegant, and exceptionally comfortable. The staff were warm, professional, and incredibly welcoming throughout our stay. Special Thanks to Ruben and his team, as well as reception team members Sarshar and Usama, who took excellent care of all our needs. The rooms were spotless, spacious, and beautifully designed, while the overall atmosphere was relaxing and luxurious. The service was outstanding, and every detail was thoughtfully handled. A perfect place for a relaxing and memorable stay—I would happily return and highly recommend AUREA ANA PALACE to anyone looking for a truly special hotel experience!

It's a good hotel for a short stay. The building is old and the height of the room's ceiling attests to that. But it's renovated and everything is nice and clean. The hotel is located close to the river but not far from the center either. Good breakfast with eggs to order.

The hotel is in the city center in a quiet and peaceful place. There is free parking. The building is historic and the interior is very impressive. The staff is very helpful, they guided us to many attractions of the city. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant, it was very delicious. Thank you

Perfect stay in Ruse! I love this city and the beat hotel is Anna Palace. In the city center, 2 min walk from the pedestrian street, shops and restaurants as well as the Danube River. The rooms are completely renovated, large and comfortable bathroom. The staff is very polite and helpful, especially the girl at breakfast. We would stay again.

Excellent service, very stylish renovated rooms and stunning atmosphere. The restaurant is great. We liked very much the fish dishes. For sure we'll be back. The lady at the reception desk was very polite and helpful. We recommend the place. Thank you Anna Palace!

Perfect place for a relaxing stay! Excellent service, clean and cozy rooms, and the restaurant offers incredibly delicious food. The location is convenient and filled with historical charm. I will definitely come back. Highly recommended!
