The friendly staff and emphasis on customer service made this one of my most pleasant hotel stays ever. When I came in (from the rain) and had to wait in the lobby a short while, I was offered "something from the restaurant." I chose sparkling water, though I am fairly sure I could have gotten something stronger. Whenever I returned to the hotel, I was always greeted directly and with a smile. I left my suitcase there while I traveled around England for a few days with a smaller bag. Upon my return, the suitcase was brought to my room before I asked for it. These are some examples of the excellent customer service. Because of my Marriott status, I was upgraded to a slightly larger room. It had a desk with chair and a small sofa. It was fine for me traveling alone, and I think it would have been satisfactory, if cozy, for two people. The closet was large enough to hold quite a few items on hangars, but there was no dresser or place to store other clothes. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've experienced. I wanted to eat much more than I was able to, especially the baked goods. The service was excellent and the staff kept everything stocked. The hotel was modern and clean. I hope I have an opportunity to return there.

My husband and I stayed at Xenia Hotel for a weekend getaway for and it was amazing. Iryne at reception gave us the warmest welcome, Pamela at the bar, very professional and efficient. Breakfast in the morning was in the best setting, sun was shining over the Terazza with a great buffet display, good coffee and the best hosting skills from Albino, he is an amazing asset to the company. I highly recommend this hotel, very central with great connections, close to a lot of sights, the only down side is the size if the room, but none the less, the staff make you go there over and over.

This is truly a lovely hotel located in Kensington, only about a 10 minute walk from two Tube stations, so easy access to public transport. I have stayed here a couple times for both business and leisure, and the staff is always so friendly and it really has that true British charm that you read and hear about. The onsite La Terrezza restaurant is delicious, and the bar is a nice place to relax with a drink, especially when they have the piano player. Can't wait to visit again!

Perfect location to all the major attractions and tube. Only a few minutes walk to Earl Street station that is a direct connection to Heathrow airport. Also close to Gloucester station that connects to many stations near major attractions. Staff was friendly helpful and attentive to our needs. Zlatimer, Concierge staff attendee ,helped me immensely on my first day in London.

This Marriott brand hotel is beautiful and located in a fantastic spot close to great touristic attractions. The staff is so nice and welcoming. Although the rooms are not that big, the space is enough to feel confortable and the room have all what you may need. Our room had a very nice balcony too.
