This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. There is no front desk, no service at all, without even being mentioned on the booking website. It is a student hostel charging 400 EURs per night. The service is terrible, they only told me the room number but I don’t even know which floor it is located so I have to walk up and down 5 stairs to figure out. The bed is super small and uncomfortable, the heater at night does not work well and I was waken by cold. Overall terrible experience, do not recommend anyone to stay.

全程沒看到酒店管理人員。在一棟普通住宅樓裏，類似民宿，提前一天會收到入住説明，入住進門用密碼，然後自己找到房間，再輸入密碼（房間門口的右上角有一個盒子）拿到鑰匙。離開，直接把鑰匙放在門上就可以了。

酒店沒有前台和服務人員，是公寓型酒店，需要自助取鑰匙。房間內設施豐富便利，但我居住的房間的櫥櫃有三桶以前的客人留下的垃圾，散發著惡臭味，聞起來像是已經腐爛很多天了:（ 我們和垃圾一起住了一晚

房間很小，床也小，這是北歐的特色吧，第一次找酒店有點難哦。不過可以洗衣服和燒飯，還是可以解決很多事的。

入住説明不明確，這其實就是個民宿的公寓，搜定位找到樓很費勁，因為標識很小。體驗不好，房子就中規中矩吧。

面積超大，廚具什麼的都很全，衹不過沒有調料什麼的，不過短期住宿也不太需要，總而言之非常棒！環境也很乾凈！

We just needed a 1 night stay in Rovaniemi and this place was perfect! Close to everything in town, easy to walk everywhere, and comfy beds! We were barely here for 12 hours but would recommend again for the price and space you get a great place! Great communication from the host too!

The apartment was perfectly utilized. We felt at home immediately. Perfect location, close to the city center with all the restaurants and shops. Nice view of the park across the street. Everything well organized and communication good when needed.Thanks again Alexei!

Lavinia, Unity and Diana. We had a wonderful time at Alexei’s penthouse. The interior design complements the stunning views which we spent ages admiring both in the sun and in the rain. We were delighted to arrive to find an immaculately clean, beautifully furnished penthouse. A fine attention to detail by our host ensured that we had everything that we needed for a relaxing stay in Rovaniemi. The penthouse has an excellent location. Close to the centre and within easy walking distance of shops and restaurants. Also, close to the pickup points for the Lapland tours that we had booked. Santa is only a few kilometres away!
