Negatives - A basic hotel with very basic amenities. The room was so basic and was very outdated we were on the top floor. The room wasn’t 100% clean and could have been better. Over priced for what we paid. I did know it was a 2 star hotel so didn’t expect too much. Positives Great location, staff really friendly and helpful, clean bedding and towels every day. I would stay here again

The door locks need to be replaced!! I spent up to ten minutes sometimes fumbling with the key card, pretty high stress. Staff might of been a little microaggressive, I’m not sure though. Hotel staff are pretty sneaky with their microaggressions.

Very nice and helpful staff that speaks very good English. The bathroom was newly renovated and everything was very clean. Breakfast was also good. Location is directly in the center and close to everything.

This is clean, comfortable hotel within easy walking distance from the train station. it's also very near the historic part of Rouen. I stayed on two different occasions on a recent trip to France, and both stays were pleasant.

The service is great and makes you feel welcome. The hotel is based in a traditional building so no elevator but some steep stairs so be ready. The single room on the top is spacious although ceiling is low. The hotel and rooms definitely need a fresh coat of paint and some work to be done (electricity sockets far from bed on other side of the room etc) . However location close to the train and city centre is perfect, bedlinen and towals are crispy white and clean.

pour une nuit, seulement, dommage, car très bien situé. Chambre très propre, salle de bain aussi, petit déjeuner varié et copieux, dans une salle de caractère. Les ados et leurs parents ravis, une très bonne nuit, literie très confortable. Calme absolu. Merci pour le prêt de sèche cheveux. Personnel aimable et très à l'écoute. A proximité du parking souterrain du palais de justice. Tarif très raisonnable pour une nuit et une journée.

Hôtel refait à neuf dans les chambres, accueil très agréable. J'ai regretté le chauffage insuffisant, mais réaction rapide de la réception.

Chambre agréable, calme et confortable, avec un très bon accueil. La salle du petit déjeuner est belle, le charme normand. L'emplacement permet d'accéder au cœur de ville rapidement. Une bonne découverte.

Un peu vétuste et une fuite d'eau dans la chambre...Directement sur le lit! mais bon, l'accueil était bon et le personnel gentil.

L'hôtel est infesté de punaises de lit. J'ai eu le corps couvert de piqûres urticantes pendant 8 jours. Le gérant le sait et n'en informe pas les hôtes lors de leur départ. N'ayant pas saisi immédiatement le fléau, je n'ai pas pris de précaution à mon retour chez moi. Je passe depuis mon temps à désinfecter mon logement dans la crainte de devoir faire face à une infestation. Pour couronner le tout, le gérant refuse de me rembourser les 3 nuitées. Irresponsable et criminel!
