The rooms weren't clean

My room was pretty comfortable and the towels were surprisingly plush (not barely-thicker-thank-handkerchiefs as so many hotels use). And the breakfast offered was decent - not the best I've experienced but certainly far better than the worst. Alas, it's not the La Quinta's fault that DirecTV has some kerfuffle with one of the channel providers so that some stations were unavailable, so i cannot hold it against the facility.
Bottom line, when I need to return to Roswell I will very likely stay here.

Staff are very friendly and willing to help any way they can. We left something in the room when we checked out and they called to let us know so we could pick it up.

Room was dirty clean bed and clean towels but tv was cleaned with dirty towel. Pool lighting. Room needed ti be vacuumed and bathroom as well elevator doors were dirty it has hands on the doors for 2 days and no one bothered to clean them. Hotel Polly maintained

We rented for two nights and they threw away my personal use toothbrushes and my suitcase was in the closet and they thought I left the room and they took my boots because because they thought we already left the room and they knew I would rent for two nights and I would get them back and needs cleaner rooms

Room had a few problems, i.e. bathroom had plaster pieces on the floor from the wall and the toilet cover did not fit the tank. The bathtub also had a red stain

Dirty, old, smoke smell, bad beds, bathrooms not cleaned, bad pillows, bad breakfast, bad towells. Very old furnitures

Our first room was not clean (stains and dirt on the bed) but staff was friendly and willing to change rooms without issue. The pillows were not comfortable and microwave did not work.

no elevater. stain on ceiling. door by stairs i was told to use doesnt read the key card. one key card didnt work on room door. room door take several attempts for the key cad to work..
