Luckily we only stayed for 1 night. The shower was problematic - often didn’t come on and then randomly would work once the tap was turned on fully. The shower head then mysteriously fell from its holder smashing into the tiles below it at 2am waking everyone in the family. The toilet had a slow leak and the bathroom basin would random spurt water with the tap fully on. Although the wifi worked in the afternoon - it couldn’t be accessed after 8.30 despite over 20 attempts over a 2 hour period. Overall the room was dusty and dirty and felt more like a cheap 3 star motel than what is advertised! Unfortunately overpriced for what you get.

Great central location for a holiday on the Mornington Peninsula. Amazing golf courses, beaches and lots to see and do.

Great place to stay at a reasonable price for the night at such short notice… Krystal was really helpful. Shower water could have a bit more pressure though.

Misleading amenities - "high speed internet" was listed, but on performing speed tests, speeds of only 18 mbps were received at. When asked about this, I was told "we pay for the highest speeds you can get on the peninsula. ******* is a third party, we don't know who listed the amenities on there". Why would a customer care what you pay for or what you don't? I care about what amenities are promised and which ones aren't. Apart from that, the stay was quiet and it's in a nice location near the Rye beach.
