Nous avions réservé pour 3 nuits ,dans cet hôtel 4 Étoiles !!!! Pour la somme de 589 euros ………. A notre arrivée 16 heures , Accueil sans sourire , sans aucune compréhension de notre anglais difficile couloir vétuste pour accéder à notre première chambre dans laquelle une fenêtre ne fermait pas , des odeurs nauséabondes dans la salle de bain, après réclamation aidés par notre petite-fille parlant couramment l’anglais, nous obtenons difficilement une autre chambre , dans le couloir de celle-ci :, sacs de linge sale pratiquement à toutes les portes et des bouteilles vides ou verres également. Notre chambre « vieillotte » rideau déchiré, moquette fatiguée, pas de sèche cheveux, pas de mini bar, odeur de cuisine un soir, porte côté intérieure salle de bain à repeindre, caoutchouc de pare douche absent donc tous les matins plein d’eau sur le sol, le robinet d’eau froide nous a toujours versé de l’eau tiède ! dernière nuit nous n’avions aucun produit de bain et les deux petits gâteaux , Pas de chaussons , pas de peignoir, pour aller au spa pour lequel personne nous a expliqué le moindre détail sur son utilisation …….. Le parking en sous sol très pratique mais souvent complet pour nous trois nuits : trois soirées d’animation : musique Seule note correcte , le petit déjeuner , mais là aussi le personnel peu chaleureux Dans un hôtel de ce standing personne ne parle français Nous ne reviendrons jamais dans cet établissement

We had an apartment book (218) for myself, my sister & 2 nieces visiting from Australia for 2 nights, when we checked in Daniel at the reception was so friendly & helpful, a really nice lad & advised us on what to do & where to visit, we had dinner & drinks that night in the hotel the food & service was excellent, our waitress were 2 twin sisters, lovely girls, our apartment was very comfortable & clean but my only complaint was that our apartment had no wash up facilities in the living area & we had to rinse our glasses & cups in the bathroom sink (not very hygienic)
