The reception manager's treatment was irreverent and aggressive. When I booked I called to ensure parking but upon arrival they told me that it is subject to availability and that they had already occupied it, leaving my car in front of the hotel. The hotel is ok and the room is nice but I am sure there’re better places to stay in Rosario.

Péssimo hotel. O quarto tinha os carpetes sujos, saída do ar condicionado imunda. Parecia um quarto de museu. Infestado de mosquitos. Banheiro sujo e fedorento. A gerente disse que era da cidade mas o hotel concorrente não tinha mosquitos nas dependências. Ao informar que iria sair aplicaram uma multa sem eu ter assinado nenhum papel. PASSARAM O MEU CARTAO SEM A MINHA ASSINATURA. Uso impróprio do cartão.

Es un excelente hotel, muy buen servicio, habitaciones muy buenas, cordialidad del personal, muy buenas instalaciones,. tambien destaco el desayuno y por supuesto la ubicacion del mismo. Siempre que vamos a Rosario nos alojamos en este hotel. Lo recomiendo

Está súper bien ubicado aunque las habitaciones están desactualizadas con alfombras viejas olorosas Aún cuando elijas una suite los elementos de confort obsoletos e inadecuados por ejemplo un televisor de 32 pulgadas en la otra punta de la habitación y acolchados usados por otros pasajeros descalifican una experiencia agradable; rescatable la ducha con el caudal de agua aunque deja bastante que desear la limpieza impecable la atención de la encargada del desayunador María Elisa

Devo reconhecer que os quartos são grandes mesmo, cama boa , confortável, mas o restante extremamente velho e mal cuidado. Carpete com muitas falhas. Banheiro com infiltração no chuveiro, todos os equipamentos velhos. Café da manha bom, sem grandes detalhes, responsavel pelo café muito simpatica.

Me hospede un fin de semana con amigas. Sali del hotel y deje plata en mi billetera que quedo en la habitación, cuando regrese NO tenia el dinero, había ingresado el servicio de limpieza. El personal responsable se mostro poco empático y no mostro interés en mi problema, un poco mas no se me rio en la cara, PATETEICO. Sin dudas NO lo recomiendo.

Habitación frente a la calle imposible dormir. Toda la noche música de canto bar. Hablo a conserjería para que me cambien de habitación y me dice el conserje que va a ver y me llama. Todavía estoy esperando que me llame. A la mañána averiguo y el hotel no estaba lleno o sea que además de ignorarme había posibilidad de solucionar mi problema. Jóvenes que no tienen idea. La habitación no tenía secador de cabello, ni una pava electrica o cafetera para hacer un simple te o cafe. En el inodoro se quedaba trabada el boton pulsador. Todo de hotel 2 estrellas. En el desayuno lo básico, semejante a un 2 estrellas. Perdón a los hoteles 2 estrellas que atienden bien a sus pasajeros.
