Beautiful room, they provided us with all the necessary amnesties and the TV had all the availablechannels, sports and movies. The room was spacious enough for the price, would highly recommend and go againn! Had a great music time in West HQ too just beside

My stay at Novotel Sydney West HQ was genuinely enjoyable. The location is incredibly convenient, sitting right next to West HQ with the Aquatic Centre for a swim and Timezone just a minute’s walk away for games and entertainment. Parking was stress‑free with plenty of available spaces, which made coming and going smooth. It’s also only a short five‑minute drive to Westfield, offering endless dining options and a full range of supermarkets. Overall, it’s a comfortable and practical place to stay, especially if you value easy access to activities and amenities.

stayed at this hotel for a short stay. Overall, the experience was okay. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, and the location was convenient. Check-in was smooth and staff were polite. However, the room felt a bit outdated and there was some noise at night. The amenities were basic and could be improved. Overall, it’s an average hotel—fine for a short stay, but nothing special. I might consider other options next time.

Good stayed, clean hotel and great facilities, comfortable bed, always had a good sleep and clean room , all the staff are great always smile and helpful, great location , walking distance to train stations, shopping mall and restaurants. Highly recommended. I will definitely stay at Novotel Hotel again in future.

早上吃早餐時服務員倒瀉了食物 食物的汁和殘渣濺到我的外套和褲 員工完全沒有主動提供任何協助 ，直至我主動尋找其他員工協助 ，我感到很無助  對於服務感到非常失望

Novotel Sydney West HQ ————————————— 我哋去Novotel Sydney West HQ係慶祝520紀念日，當日我哋揀依間酒店嘅原因係第二日方便去鄰近嘅Sydney Zoo，搭Uber嘅路程近。🚘而且附近步行20mins左右就到商場，好方便，有唔少食肆可以食午餐🥪 ——————————————— 特點包括：今次冇package 🙈 ——————————————— 好✅： ▪️check-in手續好快，只要帶齊身份證，大概5mins就可以上到房 ▪️喺Rooty Hill地區已經係最好嘅酒店，交通都尚算方便，如果冇揸車就要搭train之後再轉Bus ▪️房間嘅面積好大，有2張雙人床，床尾仲有好附空間 ▪️房間有提供2支免費樽裝水，加一盒牛奶 ▪️Mini Bar有提供咖啡茶包俾客人飲用 ▪️洗手間空間都好大，浴室係乾濕分離，有手持式花灑，水壓好好 ▪️毛巾睇落都算乾淨，冇見到任何污跡 🧺 ▪️沖涼液同洗頭水都好香，聞落隻味都好舒服 ▪️夜晚叫外賣有快餐店選擇，可以叫宵夜，唔怕肚餓 需要改善❎： ▫️酒店係冇提供拖鞋 ▫️冇提供刷牙同牙膏，不過澳洲都冇好附酒店係冇提供，因為推行環保
