"I booked an overnight stay for a business event in the city. I picked this mostly for the location and price (I booked the day before and many other hotels were filling up). The staff was friendly and the room was nice. I did have a weird issue with the fan light turning on at random times of the night on its own which disturbed my sleep. Other than that, don't expect anything from the ”gym” in the hotel. It is simply 2 out of date treadmills, 2 out of order bikes, an all in one type cable machine, and dumbbells going up to 30lbs, packed into a very small room."
"Loved the rooftop bar with killer skyline views - perfect for Instagram! Rooms had a cool, modern vibe with mood lighting (and that sexy red shower was a vibe). But man, those rooms are TINY - barely had space to open my suitcase. Staff was hit or miss - some super friendly, others acted like I was bothering them. Location's decent but not amazing - had to walk a bit for subway access. Worth it if you catch a good deal, but don't expect luxury."
"My son and I had the most incredible experience! I would recommend the William Vale to all my friends and family. The balcony views at sunset in the summer are absolutely stunning. The hotel itself offers many thoughtful amenities including a welcome message with your name on the television upon arrival. I honestly only have one small complaint and that was the cleaning service. We called about having the room cleaned and actually spoke with the individual who said she would come back at the time we requested but she never returned. Other than that one little hiccup everything went smoothly from the time we pulled up to valet to unload our luggage. There is NO better hotel to stay in Williamsburg aside from the William Vale."
"Fantastic location for a night out in the city. Close to beautiful parks along the Hudson, just a block from Chelsea market, and an easy stroll to the West Village scene."
