This hotel was booked by the tour company and we were here two nights at the end of our tour. This is not a four star hotel by any standard, unless you are only factoring in the fact that the room is large and that there was A/C in the room. An older hotel, although from the onset you wouldn’t think so. The front lobby is not necessarily accessible, as you have to climb a large flight of stone steps to get through the front door, once inside the front entrance there is a small ramp beside the stairs to pull your luggage up. The reception in the morning are friendly enough, but don’t bother trying to get any assistance from the evening desk attendant, she was rather rude and was not interested in helping at all - we had an issue with an Uber Eats order (we asked to meet them outside and they never arrived after 40 minutes of waiting so we decided to go back to the room and try calling the restaurant and we just said to the front desk that we had an Uber order that may be delivered in case they showed up and she just shook her head covered her ears with her hands and said “no no not her problem that she does nothing with it”) I wasn’t asking her to do anything with the order just that it might be delivered. But anyways, back to the rooms, it’s not your typical room size it is larger then what you would expect from a hotel in Europe. Relatively clean, fixtures in the bathroom were old, the stand up shower stall was tiny and the doors were broken. The shower head was loose and came off when I turned it on, spraying the entire bathroom with water. The double bed was really two twins pushed together. Location is horrible, it’s far from transit and you can’t access the main parts of Rome easily. It’s down a lane way and difficult to find and the street itself is narrow and dark. There is a restaurant downstairs, but the food was horrible and took forever. The breakfast was your typical breads, cheese and cold cuts. And again, even the staff in the restaurant were rude and weren’t keen on providing service. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel, even if you’re on a budget.

ผมเข้าพักหนึ่งคืนในสถานที่แห่งนี้เพื่อไปประชุมงานที่ Gemelli โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้กับ Polyclinico สามารถเดินไปได้ในเวลา 5 นาที พนักงานใจดีและให้ความรู้ดีมาก ผมให้สี่ดาวกับเหตุผลนี้ครับ ข้าพเจ้าพบความชํานาญและความอ่อนโยนทั้งในส่วนของแผนกต้อนรับและห้องอาหารเช้า ตามคําขอของข้าพเจ้าผู้บังคับบัญชาได้จัดการแก้ปัญหาการเคลือบที่ใช้งานได้ในระยะเวลาสั้นๆ และด้วยความพร้อมที่ดีเยี่ยม ่แพงไปนิด สามดาวในกรณีนี้คงอยู่ในขั้นรีโนเวท(และจําเป็น) แต่เพื่อจะได้ห้องพัก ผมข้ามทางเดินที่มีผ้ามากจนขาวและวิสกี้ติดอยู่ แต่นี่เป็นบาปเดียวจริงๆ อาหารเช้าสุดพรีเมี่ยม : บริวจ์ แค่ออกจากเบเกอรี่และเครื่องดื่มบาร์ ข้อแนะนําบวกอีกอย่าง : สําหรับลูกค้าที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพทางโรงแรมคิดค่าบริการกับค่าเข้าพัก และนั่นก็ไม่ได้อะไรมาก

We booked 2 double rooms in August 2022 for 5 nights in March 2023 using booking.com. As part of the booking process, we registered a credit card on a ”pay at the hotel” basis. 6 days before we were due to arrive, we received an e-mail telling us we had to confirm the credit card details within 24 hours by following a link in the e-mail, with the threat of cancellation if we didn't do so. In years of travelling, we've never come across this before. We tried repeatedly, ended up using 5 different cards (mix of debit/credit cards and of card-providers) and every time it failed with a message saying there was a problem, and to try later. We contacted the bank to confirm the cards weren't at fault, rang booking.com and got them to contact the hotel - we even offered to pay the full amount up-front rather than risk losing the booking. They checked with the hotel and said the hotel were unable to take a payment over the phone, but that the booking was OK. The following day, we received a further e-mail stating the booking was cancelled as we'd failed to confirm the credit card. We rang booking.com again, who - once again - rang the hotel but couldn't get a response. With 5 days before we were due to fly, we went into a desperate search for somewhere to stay. Booking.com offered us a number of alternatives - none were anywhere near as convenient a location (as other reviews have said, it's superb for the main tourist sites), and at higher prices. We ended up finding an AirBnB apartment. Lo and behold, 3 days from flying, we get an e-mail from booking.com stating the hotel had now got 2 ”Superior” rooms available to offer us at £50 per room per night over our original booking price. We declined. So - our conclusion is that - at best, the hotel's admin/systems are flawed (card confirmation process/system is unreliable and they can't/won't accept payment by phone). Or - at worst..... well, you can draw your own conclusion.

เรามาถึงโรม่าแคมป์ปิ้งในเมืองเพื่อแต่งงานหลังจากการเดินทางที่ยาวนานมาก ผู้หญิงที่แผนกต้อนรับก็หยาบคายและไม่ค่อยช่วยเหลือเมื่อเราถามคําถามต่างๆ ห้องที่เราพักไม่ได้เป็นอย่างที่โฆษณาไว้ตอนเราจองและมีที่พักราคาถูกกว่าคุณภาพสูงกว่าที่ 1. ไม่มีสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกทําอาหาร ไม่มีกาต้มน้ํา และผนังบางมากจนเราได้ยินเสียงคนห้องข้างๆ เดินไกลๆ เพื่อนบ้านตอนกลางคืนเสียงดังและไร้เหตุผล แคมป์สเตย์อยู่นอกกรุงโรม 30 นาที ผมขอแนะนําอย่างยิ่งว่านั่งรถบัส 247 อยู่นอกค่ายเข้ากรุงโรม ขากลับต้องขึ้นรถกลับที่ bus depo ซึ่งอยู่บริเวณหัวมุมจากที่ลง สามารถซื้อตั๋วจากinformation box ได้เลย สถานีรถไฟก็ขับรถไป 5 นาที อย่างแท้จริง อีกทีได้ 247 ฝั่งตรงข้ามถนน และเครื่องตั๋วที่สถานีใช้ง่ายจริงๆ ซุปเปอร์มาร์เก็ตอีกฝั่งของถนนที่ขายอาหารที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจที่สุดอย่างซื่อสัตย์ เราซื้ออาหารกลางวันจากที่นั่นและแม้แต่อาหารเย็นในคืนแรก เราประหยัดเงินมากในการทําเช่นนี้ พิซซ่าในร้านอาหารก็ยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานหยาบคายและขี้โมโหและไม่อยากอยู่

โรงแรมไม่ใหญ่ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกค่อนข้างเก่า แต่ทำเลดี พนักงานโรงแรมเป็นกันเอง นี่คือเหตุผลที่เราพักอีกครั้ง

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใกล้พิพิธภัณฑ์วาติกัน ห่างจากรถไฟใต้ดิน 1 กม. เข้าถึงได้ง่าย บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าหลากหลายมากทั้งคาวและหวาน พนักงานต้อนรับและเป็นมิตร ห้องพักโอเค ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือห้องน้ำ เล็กไปหน่อย แต่อย่างอื่นก็โอเค แนะนำ
