ให้ห้าเต็มห้าเลยค่ะ สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกในโรงแรมใหม่มาก และตั้งอยู่ติดกับโรงแรมทิเบอร์ตินา ทำให้เดินทางสะดวกทั้งรถไฟและรถไฟใต้ดิน สะอาดมากและบริการก็ยอดเยี่ยม ในโรม ที่นี่ถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดในทุกด้าน

It was a comfortable and cozy stay. All amenities were available, there was a daily cleaning service as well. Don’t opt for it and was allowed to hang a relax label for no disturbances. Would prefer an earlier and more informative check in procedure so that I can anticipate for the check in procedure. Receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful in assisting with my inquiries. The location was about 6 stops from colosseum station, meaning requiring abit more traveling to get everywhere in rome. For those who prefer a closer location to main attractions may want to consider before booking! Otherwise, I didn’t mind the location was located around lively bars and restaurants that made it safe to stay.

L albergo ha una posizione ottimale la colazione è buonissima e il personale gentilissimo specialmente quello del ristorante e sala colazione. Peccato che i recenti lavori di ristrutturazione portino a qualche spiacevole piccolo inconveniente .

I was attending a conference and needed a nice hotel to unwind from a stressful year, but I was booked in a basement room, it was dark and smelled fungi, the walls are dark, the curtains are dark, it was a horrible 3 days of my stay as I’m also claustrophobic, I felt closed on in underneath, the floors looked wornout , that basement room was nothing different from what one would leave home. This room was close to the house service staff room, no floor mats as on the other side and I was woken up by trolleys, and chatting from staff starting their cleaning everyday, just an overall bad choice to offer to any client. The staff I found at reception on first (Naustica) was such a sweetheart and nice and helped put me in a much better room on my last night, and the room upstairs was wonderful, clean , modern and spacious and much better curtain choice. Marco at the reception on my checkout was also such a sweetheart. Given a second chance, I would still choose this hotel, as it is in such a lovely neighborhood, the staff are friendly, the breakfast was fine, but provided I don’t get that basement room ever again, but rather the type of room I got on the final day. Overall it’s a nice quality hotel, but it can also do with a modern touch and upgrade in bathrooms and floors, one can see they are well maintained but are outdated and worn out.

The hotel is in a quiet, safe neighborhood only three stops from Termini metro station. 10 mins walk from Bologna station. It's an old building freshly renovated. Very clean room. The housekeeping did good job cleaning our room everyday and the fresh towels. The front desk people are very friendly. The breakfast Is delicious and good value. I'll stay here again.

Hotel in total was good with friendly staff, clean room and cozy small yard to spend time in the evening. The main concern is the awful sound proofing in the room. We hardly have slept 2 nights because you can hear everything your neighbors are talking and doing in their rooms.

沒有前台，沒有客服，沒有早餐，隔音不好，抵達酒店後只有打電話，然後對方遠程指導怎麼入住，英文發音還算清晰流利，所以不建議帶孩子住，不建議英語不好的主，不建議久住，如果你和我一樣是出差，只是過渡一晚第二天就出發，這裏距車站很近，很方便。 照片1是走廊，照片2-3是大廈老實電梯。
