It was a really nice stay! We could leave our luggage before checking in and then later find them in our rooms. Location is a big plus, quiet area, but close to any bus, train or metro stop. Rooms weren’t big, but it wasn’t a problem, because they were tidy, cozy and cleaned everyday. View wasn’t amazing, cause we faced the other building but it was quiet at night. Water pressure under the shower was low but otherwise the room was great. Delicious breakfast for everyone and really friendly, helpful service. 5/5 from me

Wow! What an absolute gem of a place. We were staying for 4 nights as a surprise for my husbands 40th and it was perfect. I had booked the offer with the free transfer from the airport - the driver was absolutely fantastic and felt like we were arriving in real luxury. The room was very clean, lovely added extras like water in the fridge, robes and slippers. The breakfast was amazing!! The staff we super friendly and nothing was ever too much. The location was second to none! I hadn't really researched much when I booked it but knew it was in the middle. Everything was without walking distance- to the point we ended up doing 50 miles in the 4 days we were there. Some gorgeous restaurants within a 5 minute walk which is rare to have. Definitely recommend staying here and we will definitely be back. Thank you for making our stay so special

Great contact with the front desk. We had a problem and it was solved. Everything super. We highly recommend. We will definitely come back here in the future. The biggest plus is the commitment of the employees and direct contact. Thank you for everything and see you in the future.

Stayed here for 4 nights. On arrival doesn't look anything from the outside or entrance but was welcomed by a very helpful female receptionist who took the time to go through the city map and provided recommendations. Room was spacious and clean. Fresh towels and bed made every day which was a bonus. Very quiet at night too. Breakfast had a small selection of items such as pastries, cakes, breads, cheese Yoghurts. Don't expect any hot breakfast items as this isn't served here. Coffees made to order by staff. Staff friendly and attentive. Good base, close to the metros and easy to walk to main attractions too. About a 15-20 min walk. Very happy with my stay here would return

Perfect place to stay if you visit Rome, it ‘s near the train station that takes you to the Airport and it also has a bus station in front of the hotel. The room is comfortable and it has a high-quality employee service. The relation price-quality is high. I would recommend you!

Unbelievably friendly and inviting staff! So kind and willing to go out of their way to make sure you have an excellent stay. The breakfast was also very yummy! Great location too! 10 min walking from train station and about 15/20 min walking to the center. Very reasonably priced and I would stay here again the next time I am in Rome. Grazie mille!

Staff were great and very friendly. We n arrival they highlighted some great places to visit and gave us a helpful map. Room was lovely and cleaned every day by staff. Breakfast was also great with good variety of food to choose from and fresh everyday. Would highly recommend great location too.

Very clean. Good location - close to public transport links, good restaurants and bars but not in the central tourist spot! In what feels like a safe neighborhood. Staff friendly. Good value for money. Bed comfortable, great shower! As their website suggests, this place is for those who find a B&B too basic but a hotel too impersonal. When booking we found Deseo to be competitive price-wise - booked via ***********.

My first visit to Rome was made like staying @Home by Deseo Home. The room was superbly clean, smell nice and the size was just right for two of us. The staffs were so friendly, breakfast was good and wifi sufficiently fast I thank to Nlur for making a memorable stay in Rome. Thank you Deseo Home

The location is close to the hub of Roma Termini which is the node of all the transports (train, underground, bus, etc) in Rome. Very useful if you want to visit Rome to have such a availability of trains for your journeys. You are in the heart of Rome. The place is cosy and clean. And there is no noise at all. During the night you are not going to be disturbed. And the breakfast is a typical and amazing Italian breakfast. I am very happy about the experience in this hotel and I would definitively get back here the next time I'll be in Rome.

Just to get off from the shower you must scratch against the wall. Just to tell one. For the breakfast you must take the cold stairs because the front door is open and there is no heater around. Not the best choice at all. Employers ok but no more for this hotel.

Il Deseo Home è proprio una perla nel centro di Roma. L'atmosfera è amichevole e rilassata ci si sente subito a proprio agio. Gli ambienti sono moderni e curati, c'è attenzione al dettaglio e attenzione per l'ospite, veramente bravi. Il quartiere poi è forse il migliore di Roma, servito centrale ma non turistico turistico insomma perfetto a mio avviso.
