房間設施，衞生還可以，風格比較意大利式，看出來確實具有歷史感。遺憾的是，酒店工作人員剛開始給了一個與已預訂房間類型不匹配的房間，經核查反映後彌補給了另一個房間。總體上説還不錯，地理位置比較好，安全性比較好，早餐也還可以。僅供大家參考哈。

Hotel is located in a great area walking distance to the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc… I was a bit disappointed when we arrived because I thought the Hotel would impress me more due to its online description, pictures and how pricey it was. The Lobby is small needs some TLC as do the rooms. We paid for a room with a balcony because I enjoy having my morning coffee sitting outside when possible. Our bathroom was SUPER uncomfortable because the door could not be opened wide enough for both of us to stand by the sink . Room was smaller than I expected but that’s common in Europe.

Baglioni Rome is now one of our favorite’s. We loved our 3 days there. The staff made us feel at home the second we arrived & made us feel so sad to leave they really made the stay so very nice. We will be back for sure! We absolutely LOVED our suite so comfortable & glamorous we just wish we had a few more days. We enjoyed breakfast every morning & had cocktails in the bar we were out most of the days with excursions so we did not eat at the restaurant for dinner however we have heard many good things about it. We had our best nights sleep & enjoyed the entire staff so much. The location is great being 15 minutes away from the colosseum & many other attractions were a short taxi ride away plenty to do walking distance.

Stayed here for a family weekend away. Staff were very welcoming on arrival and through our stay. Hotel has a lovely traditional atmosphere and decor. Breakfast was buffet style and very good. Restaurant was great, we arrived late on a Friday evening and even though the restaurant was closing they were very accommodating and stayed open to feed us. We had a perfect weekend in Rome and the hotel made it especially memorable. Many thanks for looking after us.

The great place from which to explore Rome Friendly staff all throughout the stay, special thanks to Miss Olga. Very comfortable and clean room with a beautiful terrace. Plenty of electric sockets to charge devices and work with my laptop. Excellent hot shower, so easy to use. Fantastic breakfasts, we loved the harpest playing in the morning also. The hotel is very central within easy reach of shops, eating places and metro, trams, buses and the Central Station. We will certainly be back.

Excellent Hotel! Tasty food and staff friendly and helpful! The harpist playing during Sunday breakfast was a nice touch. Rooms decor is lovely but very traditional. Just one tip - if you want to use the pool/sauna you have to make an appointment as you cannot just walk in.

WE loved our hotel. WE had a suite and it had marble floors. keep the room cool. very nice and clean . comfortable beds. They brought in a roll away for our 10yr old.. Not a bad night but after all the walking who could wake up. Their resturant Brunello was to Chic for our tastes. we had a 10yr old and they tried their best to find something she would like. Their brekfast buffett was fine. all the things you would expect. The location is perfect. Walk to any of the sites. very easy to find and the choices around the hotel were great. Their concierge was very helpful. I would stay there again and again.

Disappointed. The hotel contacted me in advance of arrival asking what time to expect me . I was actually impressed until I arrived at 2pm to find out the room wasn’t ready. I was told it would be just a few minutes which turned into an additional hour. After 40 minutes of waiting the front desk told me I can take a room with no view if I don’t want to keep waiting. I waited another 10 minutes before accepting the room with no view. At that point I was tired, cranky and in no mood to deal with a staff that leads with No and blames the guest. ******* Gold supposedly comes with the benefits of upgrade, late check out and a bottle of sparkling. None of which were accommodated. . So, given that Rome has plenty of choice hotels, my recommendation is stay somewhere else. You can do better.

My experience from arriving in the hotel and being welcomed by Simone and Claudia for the duration of our stay was excellent. Huge choice for breakfast. Rooms are beautiful. All the staff of the hotel were amazing especially Lorenzo, Head of Concierge Services, who guided me on the best sights to see in Rome.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I felt really welcomed by Simone and his colleagues at Reception. Lovely room. Really enjoyed a harpist playing whilst we ate breakfast. Lorenzo gave invaluable advice of the best sights to see around Rome. All the staff have been so attentive & made our stay in Rome a great experience.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful. Our first time in Italy and our first stop was Rome. This hotel did not disappoint the rooms are 5 star and the breakfast buffet is amazing. I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is also walking distance to several tourist attractions.

Absolutely superb in every respect, truly a leading Hotel of the World. Everything was faultless from the moment we entered the hotel. All of the staff, the breakfast, the harpsicordist at breakfast, the breathtaking building - all beyond amazing. Thank you Baglioni Rome.

Went for my wife’s 40th birthday. It surpassed expectations. Luxury and comfort in a great location. Friendly staff and impeccable rooms and service. Would highly recommend! The decor and harpist at breakfast is an experience you just won’t get elsewhere!
