thanks for the team, they are very nice, well organized, even the mornign when we need to go early they help us to have the breakfast even early then open time, so nice of them, will back again in the future.

Portrait Roma exceeded our expectations! This was our first trip to Italy, and we wanted a 5-star hotel that was truly Italian. The hotel had a very professional team of hosts and hostesses that met our every need. The suite was immaculate with every amenity you can think of. The rooftop cafe’s breakfast was amazing! Homemade pastries, fresh fruit, eggs, bacon, cappuccino, fresh-squeezed juices … and much more. Delicious! Turn-down service included hot tea and other treats. Our stay could not have been better. Bravo!!

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights. It was the most incredible experience; the staff is fantastic, responsive, and so helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful and, for us, in a very convenient location. All in all, this was the best hotel experience we've ever had.

It was to be our last night in Italy, a beautiful capstone to a 10 day odyssey going to a Jimmy Sax concert and visiting the ancient Temple of Hera in Sicily and then the Villa of Mysteries in Pompeii. But the day before at lunch in Pompeii she said, “Let’s extend our stay. We are having such a wonderful time.” She was right. I picked up my phone, opened the American Airlines app, found our return reservation, and pressed Cancel Flight. No hesitation. In that instant, we became officially, blissfully stranded in Italy with no return flight home and only a one night reservation at Portrait Roma. On the train from Naples to Rome the next day we explored places to stay in Florence and the Amalfi Coast. But when we arrived at Portrait Roma and were warmly greeted by Michelle and Sara and shown to our beautiful room I knew positively this was where we should stay. No need to go any further. We stayed nine nights. Portrait Roma transitioned from being a luxury hotel to being our home in Rome. Every member of the Portrait Roma team made us feel genuinely welcomed. They are absolutely professional with a passion to make our stay the best it possibly can be. When we returned from a day of wandering the streets, we felt like we were being greeted by family members. They truly made our stay a wonderful experience. Portrait Roma is located at the heart of the best shopping, dining, and exploring area in Rome. Our beautiful suite was the most comfortable accommodations with soft colors and textures that were pleasing to the eye and the hand. It was a wonderful place to sit and have tea or Gimber Tonic (a delicious ginger tonic treat they provide daily) and to map out a plan for the day. Every detail in the room was carefully considered, perfectly designed and masterfully implemented. The room was truly soft, quiet, comfortable and inviting. We put the housekeeping team to the test with our unpredictable schedule of wandering, dining and tours. The room was always put perfectly back together when we returned from our excursions. It was so nice to return to see the bed freshly (and tightly) made, the towels replaced, and everything (and I mean everything) perfectly clean and back in place. Next time we go to Rome, there will only be one place for us to stay, Portrait Roma. We recommend you try it. You won’t be disappointed.

From the moment we arrived, the team at Portrait Roma made our 30th wedding anniversary trip feel truly special. The Concierge team was exceptional, helping arrange everything from private transfers to restaurant reservations and always offering thoughtful recommendations that made our stay effortless. The hotel itself is beautiful, the location couldn’t be better, and every interaction with the staff was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. It’s rare to find a hotel where everyone seems so invested in making your trip memorable, but that’s exactly what we experienced. Thank you to the entire team for helping create memories we’ll treasure for many years. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

We came to Rome at the end of our honeymoon. The Portrait Roma is beyond spectacular. The rooms are beautifully appointed with all the luxuries wanted- included a Dyson hairdryer & iron!! The beds are incredible- the sheets and towels divine! The location can't be beat, And the entire staff is incredible!!!! They made us feel so special and at home. When they found out it was our honeymoon they sent more amenities to our room including chocolate, bubbles and a balloon. The staff goes out of their way on everything! Their suggestions are impeccable and we can't wait to return!!!! Thank you Portrait for an incredible experience!

I cannot speak highly enough about this hotel. Location in the heart of Rome. The atmosphere serene beautiful. The rooms were nothing short of extraordinary. immaculately appointed. Every detail was considered. Value, not cheap but if you can afford it so so worth it. They clean the room 2 times a day. Beautiful looked after no request from cleaning too great. Being in the heart of Rome you would expect noise. Not sure how they did it but not a peep of sound at night. So well done thank you. But their greatest asset are their staff. It did not matter if it was margherita on the 7th floor roof top. who took 1 order for coffee and remembered it for our entire stay. Or Sara at reception who wanted to know our dinner preferences and sent multiple options for us to consider then booked what ever we chose. Effortless and thank you. The rooftop bar on the 7th floor takes your breath away. From the Piazza Di Spagna to a 270 degree panorama not to be missed. The Cocktails are not bad either. Cannot wait to head back to Rome as we will definitely be back to the Portrait Hotel To the team thank you for all your help you made our stay in Rome truly unforgettable.

Our family trip to Rome was unforgettable thanks to our stay at the Portrait Roma. From the moment we arrived, a warm greeting and enthusiastic staff made us feel truly welcome. Everyone there went above and beyond for both us and our 12YO son. The location made sightseeing and shopping effortless. There is a beautiful view of the Spanish Steps from the hotel. We found that we could walk to almost every sight and restaurant we wanted. Spacious rooms, outstanding service, warm, attentive hospitality and truly tailored recommendations made this a perfect five-star stay for our family. We can’t wait to return! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
