Hotel pulitissimo con stanza ampia , personale in reception gentilissimo, posizione strategica vicino a tutto .

分到了有陽台的房間，但是進去有點味道，早餐還算可以，總共住了兩晚，第二天空調壞了晚上去找前台沒人晚上下班了，留了字條説明空調壞了，也沒人來處理，最後一晚睡覺熱了一身汗。

A localização do hotel é boa , uns 15 minutos do Roma Termini. Café da manhã muito bom . O tamanho do quarto e banheiro são perfeitos . A limpeza do quarto é bem ruim . Ficamos 5 dias no hotel e a única coisa q fizeram era arrumar a cama . Ar condicionado funcionava , mas parecia q não via uma limpeza um bom tempo . Não ficaria novamente . Custo benefício ruim .

hotel a 3 stelle che non ha minimamente gli standard da 3 stelle ma al massimo 1 stella, la stanza l'ho trovata molto impolverata, la tenda e la finestra rotti e il frigorifero staccato , il WI-FI neanche prendeva. L'unico vantaggio è la vicinanza ai luoghi turistici principali

Hôtel excentré du centre-ville. Très bon accueil du personnel qui s’est montré agréable à notre arrivée et tout au long de notre séjour. Nous étions deux dans une chambre au 3ème étage. La climatisation ne pouvait pas être coupée, et elle soufflait de l’air chaud tout le temps. La télévision de marche pas, peu d’affaires de toilette dans la salle de bain, mobilier abîmé et très ancien…

Wi-Fi 網絡很差,熱水時有時沒有,前台只去到9:30但前台服務態度非常好有行李寄存，但上到前台需要上七到八級樓梯沒有電梯

This hotel is a gem. I came here not expecting much due to past reviews but I thought it was a great little spot! Clean tidy AND within walking distance of every attraction in Rome. Beds made every day but you must tidy yourself. I don't know if any cleaning goes on but my room was always tidy and refreshed after a days sight seeing. There is a lift to get to all floors, Reception is really nice but be careful, Rome has raised the city tax so check how much it is beforehand as you don't want any surprises!! Shower works really well. There is a kettle in the room but no cups or sugar or tea making facilities, but there is also a fridge so you can get your own. Id say give it a go and see what you like because I couldn't find fault with it to be honest.

If you are expecting the facilities the hotel claims it has on its website you will , like us, be very disappointed. There was no coffee machine in the room as stated, only a kettle with dirty water in it but no cups/glasses anywhere in the room or tea/ coffee making facilities. It has no restaurant or coffee shop as claimed and the swimming pool/ spa facilities are in a building next door for which you have to pay 60 euros per couple for 2 hours. I didn’t even ask about packed lunches! The receptionist was very rude when I asked why they claim to have facilities that they clearly don’t have. I certainly wouldn’t advise anyone to stay at this hotel
