Highly recommended. Daily housekeeping. Body wash/shampoo replenished on low, shower cap and towels provided. Hot water (tight shower area). Hair dryer, room safe, coat hangers. Floor is cold, bring your own house slippers. Friendly and approachable staff. Good breakfast spread: hot food (eggs, rice, cheese, ham, beans & carrot, mashed potato), coffee & tea with honey, toast, yogurt, cereal & milk, fruits (I take apple and banana up to my room), pies & cakes. Large dining area. 2 negatives are (1) location, long distance from Roma Termini train station and downtown (2) I have to carry my luggage up to 2nd floor (can get porter to help, but pity those on 3rd).

The place is too lousy and surrounding is very crowded and no safety to walk around. Be aware for this hotel and never again.

It was a last minute booking. Staff very helpful with the questions I had about the city, extra things to do. The breakfast was very tasty. Would definitely recommend and would visit again.

酒店的位置並不是很方便，距離地鐵站要走一段時間，而且酒店的設施有點髒，尤其是被鋪有污跡，感覺很不衛生，像是只有一張薄墊隔住一張沒有洗過的被。

離火車站較遠，在酒店後邊居民樓裏的半地下，乾淨衞生。早餐還可以。

很差的酒店，裝修還可以，早餐的牛奶是壞的，麪包是前一天就擺在那裡的，訂了三晚，每天都讓我們換房間，一點安排和服務也沒有，和前台反應，衹會陰陽怪氣説what can we do😅避雷吧，牛奶的事情和服務生説了，連一句抱歉都沒有，偷偷把牛奶給換了，還有這個酒店的價格可謂瞬息變幻，一下子上千，一下子600

Deludente Prezzo alto per una camera mediocre e una colazione modesta

Molto accogliente e in una buona zona. Lo consiglio per chi deve fare un viaggio turistico a Roma in famiglia o con gli amici.

還可以 ………….就在地鐵附近 應該很多年的酒店了 …………………… 便宜不貴………………….預算有限可以考慮…..

Hotel nella media, ma niente di entusiasmante

This is our first trip to Rome. And the stay here couldn’t have gone more wonderfully. Everyone from front of house to the house keeping team were so kind and friendly. Our rooms were kept in tip-top condition whilst we were out. We came back to remade beds mopped floors refill on toiletries and fresh towels wow. Breakfast buffet was plenty with vegetarian options and great coffee and seating area. I can’t wait to book here again! Do remember to leave your keys at front of house so they can tidy up for you and bring around €40 for your city tax for roughly 3 nights stay. Taxi from here to Ciampino airport is approx €30 euro and Rome central waking is about 30 min walk. Termini station is 15 min walk. It’s perfectly aligned to get you where you need to be.

The property was very nice the staff very supportive and helpful. The room was nice the beds very uncomfortable and the walls paper thin heard every thing from neighbors. The guests did not observe the quiet after 10pm signs. I would stay there again though for the staff alone and the cleanliness!
