This hotel felt like a complete scam and is absolutely not suitable for a family stay.
The facilities are in very poor condition. The hair dryer was almost broken — when using it, you could clearly hear loose parts rattling inside. The soundproofing was terrible: at night, we could hear toilets flushing from the neighboring room and the refrigerator repeatedly restarting, which made it difficult to sleep. There was no electric kettle in the room.
When we asked the front desk for basic items such as a power adapter, charging cable, or even to use a microwave, the answer was always “No.” No alternatives were offered and no effort was made to help.
Service was extremely disappointing, especially from one female front desk staff member. She wears heavy makeup, glasses, has dark, dull-colored long hair, and is slightly heavy-set. Although she looked friendly at first, she turned out to be the most rude and unhelpful staff member we encountered.
On 27 December, I found a nearby Sports Center on Google and asked her to help make a simple phone call to check whether it was open, as we do not speak Italian. She immediately insisted it was closed because it was a public holiday and refused to call to confirm. I explained that Google showed it was open and asked again, but she repeated that “public buildings do not open on the 27th” and would not help.
In the end, we walked there ourselves and confirmed that the Sports Center was actually open. When I later told her this, she simply said, “Oh, I didn’t know. What I checked showed it was closed,” and continued talking defensively instead of apologizing. The issue was never about who was right — it was about her refusal to provide basic assistance.
Housekeeping was also not done. When I entered the room, there was no “Do Not Disturb” sign provided or visible. After returning later, the room had not been cleaned. When I asked why, the front desk claimed it was because I had placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door, which was untrue. Again, the guest was blamed instead of the problem being resolved.
Overall, this hotel showed poor facilities, lack of basic service, and a very unprofessional attitude.
If you want a comfortable, honest, and stress-free family holiday, do not stay at this hotel.

I booked this hotel as it was within walking distance to a conference venue nearby. The hotel staff were very kind and I was able to check in early as my flight to Rome was early, this helped a lot as I was able to freshen up before visiting the sights . The nearest metro station is Eur Palasport which will take you to all the tourist sights . The reception staff was very kind to make me an espresso in the morning as the coffee machine was not working.

Séjour de 1 nuit a Rome avec 2 enfants. Hotel assez proche de la station de métro et personnel super sympathique et accueillant. Restaurant de bonne qualité
