Stayed an extra couple nights because it was so relaxing the French toast was good but you have to pay for food.

Hotel was very clean and nicely kept. The hot tub's jets weren't working and we had to go ask for pool towels. Otherwise, it was excellent for our one night stay over.

It's very clean there, quiet, and an overall nice hotel to stay at. Their restaurant has good food and they have a little store just in case you need a Tylenol or want a candy bar. You can do everything right there. The pool and hot tub were clean and fun. Seriously, this was a good experience, because I've definitely had some bad ones at other hotels, especially when it comes to cleanliness.

This is one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed at. The room was spotless, very updated, and service was absolutely excellent. The pool and spa were likewise sparklingly clean, and everything appeared to be brand-new. The amenities were excellent, and my stay was, too. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone who needs a good night's sleep, and peace of mind.

Very stylish and modern Hotel. The rooms are beautiful. Hot tub was out of order which was kind of a bummer but the indoor pool was nice although not very warm for winter months. Food and beverage option was nice especially Starbucks. Check in was quick and easy. We loved that check out is noon instead of 11:00.

I stay in Roanoke once a week and finally found a hotel where I felt safe, clean and restaurants not too far away.

It was an amazing stay, wanted a little stay cation for the weekend and the front desk made a point to say that the hotel does not let local people stay. Which confused me on situations where family my come into town. But other than that interaction it was an amazing stay!

It was a pleasant stay, calm environment, warm greeting and a nice short distance to things to do. We will be with Marriott again.

We had an absolutely wonderful Chris**as visit! We had two rooms and we spent Chris**as together. We really enjoyed the fruit water upfront and we really enjoyed the hot tub in the evening. The room was big enough to accommodate everyone comfortably. Very very pleased. Will definitely stay here again.

The Bistro is the perfect option at the end of the day. Friendly service and satisfying food and wine. Other hotel staff are also friendly and helpful.

All hotels/motels are emphasizing for guests staying multiple nights to reuse the towels and linens. I'm all for that, but these businesses need to supply the rooms with more hooks and fixtures to hang up those towels and washcloths, to allow them to dry for the additional day use. One towel rack that holds 3 tightly folded towels and one hook behind a bathroom door is not nearly enough.

Front Desk extremely nice and helpful. Nice, clean property in a safe area near Valley View Mall and other shopping options.

Great staff at checkin. The bartender was hustling and the food was surprisingly excellent (chicken sando hut have had many bad ones). Not only had a Sauv blanc, it was from NZ. If you know you know but unexpected at this smaller airport hotel. Impressed.
