The room itself was superb. Spacious and contained a kitchen with all the utensils. Couldn't fault the room at all.

There are cleaner hotels to go to in Riyadh. They likely offer much better value for your money. Management needs a lot of training.

After settling in, my friend came over to check on me and bring me some food (I was travelling a lot before arriving and was very tired) The reception agent who completed my check-in called and knocked at my door, asking the visitor to leave in a very unwelcoming manner, which is totally the opposite of my experience of warmth and generosity in this beautiful city of Riyadh (and elsewhere in the Kingdom) and its people. It was aggressive and intruisive - a serious lack of privacy and politeness. Of course, I understand the rules to register the visitors. However, this does not justify the tone nor the manner of the communication between the front desk and the in-house guest (me). This is not my first time in Riyadh and I have never had any issue in terms of interaction before. I have booked with Ascott out of curiosity as it claims to be exceptional in terms of hospitality, but the staff do not seem to be very helpful nor welcoming. Regrettably As a result, I am obliged to look for alternatives and check out. I do not recommend this property at all.

Good sized rooms, and the facilities include (sex segregated) gyms and a swimming pool and decent breakfast; quiet enough. A good option for this part of Riyadh, although I must confess I have no other experience of hotels elsewhere in the city.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. A staff member entered our room without permission while it was locked and we were inside. It was shocking, unprofessional, and a serious violation of our privacy. My wife and I were extremely uncomfortable and felt unsafe afterward. On top of that, they don’t allow any outside food, which added more inconvenience. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone who values privacy and basic respect.

The swimming pool was closed 1 week due maintanance without telling us.They close it on purpouse because we are big staff there and they don`t to deal with this. I am very dissapointed about this experience and will not recommend this hotel because of this service

Good facilities and on-site service. But the post-checkout service destroys. I need a copy of the bill for expense purposes. It was promised to me at checkout. I shared the email address and all details After one week, it has never arrived. I have called more than 20 times, I have emailed many times. No response, no one picks up the phone. I am sad to write the review as the people are friendly, but I have no choice. Thanks!

I stayed there for four weeks. The size of the room is very big, with all the facilities inside including washing machine The breakfast is full of choices. Every staff is super helpful and kind. Thanks to Saleem who helped me carry the suitcases today. The ladies gym is also very nice with great view. Thank you again.

My son and I attended the WWE Crown Jewel. The hotel was easy to get to from the airport and is in an ideal location to all major tourist attractions on the Boulevard such as Boulevard City, Park Mall, museums and the Arena Threatre to name a few. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone including families or groups traveling to Riyadh for a fun weekend or short break. The staff were amazing so friendly and helpful at all times. The rooms are very spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. Overall experience for us was 10 out of 10. Definately worth a visit if going to Riyadh.

I am a musician, I visited riyadh to perform and play some music with my friends, the hotel did not allow me to take my instrument with me in the room and they forced me to keep it in the car , saying that this is the policy of the hotel , the instrument was expensive and unfortunately I had to leave the hotel in the night to keep it at my friend home
