The hotel is nice and has good facilities, a fantastic rooftop, a good gym and friendly personnel. Some issue can be done better, from my point of view, to transform this hotel from average to upper scale: 1. In room cleaning can be better, many glass surfaces and mirrors are still foggy and with dust. Trash cans were not emptied everyday and bath kit (shampoo and lotions) not replaced when used. Floor needs some better cleaning too. 2. Breakfast buffet is good and with a plenty of different offers, even though some soft music there might add a touch of comfort, instead of the noise of dishes and cutlery only. In general a good experience that can be made even better with some attention to the details, we know, the devil is in the details.

Went for a business trip. Below are the pros and cons: Pros: 1. Room - Clean and spacious 2. Staff - Overall friendly staff. 3. Location - very good if you have daily commute to KAFD. Also good eating options nearby (walking distance). Cons: 1. Wifi - It is not good. Disconnects a lot. You can connect your 4G/5G.

Very bad experience- Rooms are dirty- pillows are have make up stains from others guests- and when complaining the receptionist told me I don’t like your threatening tune اسلوب التهديد دا ما يمشي معايا- Does it make sense that basic hygiene requirement are not followed and reactions to complaints are strange!
