เราพักที่โรงแรม Nacional ในเมืองริโอได้อย่างยอดเยี่ยมมาก ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมนั้นยอดเยี่ยมมาก ตั้งอยู่บนหาดเซา คอนราโด มีวิวทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามและบริการชายหาดที่ยอดเยี่ยม แม้ว่าโรงแรมจะไม่มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมายนัก แต่ก็มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกมากมายที่จะช่วยให้คุณผ่อนคลายและเพลิดเพลินกับวันหยุดได้อย่างเต็มที่ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นสระว่ายน้ำที่สวยงาม ห้องพักที่สะดวกสบาย และพนักงานที่เอาใจใส่ สำหรับเราแล้ว การให้บริการ Wi-Fi ของโรงแรมนั้นควรได้รับการปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้นในบางพื้นที่ของโรงแรม อย่างไรก็ตาม โดยรวมแล้ว เรามีประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยมมากและจะกลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน!

โรงแรมแห่งนี้มีบรรยากาศแบบองค์กรและอยู่ใกล้กับชายหาดที่ไม่พลุกพล่านเท่า Copa หรือ Ipanema สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกดี ห้องพักค่อนข้างเล็กแต่สะอาด ทั้งห้องอาหารหลักและห้องอาหารชั้นบนสุด (Masi) ก็ดีเช่นกัน Masi ไม่ค่อยพลุกพล่านจึงเป็นสถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยมสำหรับการชมพระอาทิตย์ตกที่สวยงาม และเมนูอาหารก็มีทั้งที่อร่อยและไม่ดี แต่พนักงานดีและวิวก็เช่นกัน บริเวณสระว่ายน้ำเหมาะสำหรับครอบครัว แต่ในวันหยุดสุดสัปดาห์จะพลุกพล่านเกินไปจนไม่มีใครมานั่งเล่นและผ่อนคลาย การจัดวางห้องพักใช้พื้นที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและอยู่ในสภาพดี สิ่งเดียวที่ต้องพูดถึงคือเครื่องปรับอากาศ ระบบเหล่านี้ทำงานบนระบบรีโมทซึ่งอาจทำให้ตั้งค่าได้ยาก และการรักษาอุณหภูมิที่ตั้งไว้ก็ไม่ใช่สิ่งที่เครื่องปรับอากาศทำจริงๆ พวกมันเปิดหรือปิดอยู่บ่อยครั้ง - ฝ่ายบำรุงรักษาต้องมาที่ห้องของเราสองครั้งเพื่อนำรีโมทอันใหม่มาให้ เนื่องจากรีโมทของเรามักจะหยุดทำงาน แต่อย่างไรก็ตาม พวกเขาก็ทำให้ห้องเย็นลง เพียงแต่พนักงานบริการบางคนรู้สึกหงุดหงิดเท่านั้น… ข้อตำหนิหลักคือกลิ่นสารเคมี/น้ำหอมที่โชยไปทั่วล็อบบี้และพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง ฉันไม่ใช่คนที่ไวต่อกลิ่น แต่กลิ่นของอากาศนั้นหนาแน่นและมีกลิ่นเหมือน "น้ำหอมปรับอากาศ" ที่พัดไปทั่วบริเวณล็อบบี้ ซึ่งอาจจะดูไม่ดีสำหรับบางคน แต่โชคดีที่ห้องพักนั้นไม่เกิดกลิ่นเหล่านี้ พนักงานทำความสะอาดทำงานได้ดีมาก และโดยรวมแล้วพวกเขามีพนักงานสนับสนุนที่ทุ่มเท (แม้จะทำงานหนักเกินไป) สำหรับจำนวนแขกที่เข้าพัก ห้องพักเงียบ เราสามารถนอนหลับได้อย่างสบายตลอดทั้งคืน ไม่มีเสียงจราจรหรือเสียงรบกวนจากห้องอื่นๆ และเราก็อยู่บนอาคารประมาณครึ่งทาง

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก ทำเลดีหันหน้าไปทางชายหาด ค่อนข้างไกลจากชายหาด Ipanema และ Copacabana แต่อยู่ห่างจากสถานีรถไฟใต้ดิน 700 เมตร พนักงานเอาใจใส่ลูกค้า. ในทางกลับกัน สำหรับการเข้าพัก 10 วัน เป็นแบบฮาฟบอร์ด ไม่มีทางเลือกระหว่างช่วงเย็นหรือเที่ยงวัน เฉพาะช่วงเย็นเท่านั้น อาหารแทบจะไม่แตกต่างกันไปในแต่ละเย็น อาหารเช้าแสนอร่อยสำหรับนักท่องเที่ยว (แองโกล-แซ็กซอน ยุโรป บราซิล ฯลฯ) ห้องพักกว้างขวาง. ทิวทัศน์อันงดงามของมหาสมุทร ข้อเสียเล็กน้อย: สระว่ายน้ำกลางแจ้งที่ไม่มีเครื่องทำความร้อน (ในเดือนมิถุนายน)

Beautiful hotel with friendly staff (except for the lobby bar that was very bad). Gred Japanese restaurant at the 30t floor. Marveous view. Great breakfast.

Great experience! Even better service. Next time i’m in Rio I plan on staying here again. Only concern are the elevators 😭 make them more efficient.

Fantastic luxury hotel, with brilliant pool area. Walk across the street and your on the beach which is soo quiet compared to others in Rio. Rooms are very spacious, the bed and pillows were fantastic, and the view of the beach is worth the extra. Very good breakfast with good choices. The hotel is also very secure with all entry points from the outside covered by security. Only downside is the bar and waiting service at the pool area. 

This hotel is 10/10 can’t fault one thing, please  don’t read the reviews , located on one of Rio’s best beaches by far better any others near by, no restaurants around hotel but you can get Ubers for very cheap , 10 mins to barra or leblon highly recommend great value for money in Rio

Overall a nice trip, and a pretty fancy hotel for the price. I would consider it more like a 4**** hotel than a 5 star, personally. highlights: - beautiful lobby and view from our room of the mountains, beach, etc. - kind people at the desk and otherwise. very safe inside even though neighborhood is a bit sketchy at times. - great bed, windows, bathtub, etc.. - affordable as an american for level of service. - spa and rooftop restaurant are amazing. gym is great too! dealbreakers: (may stop me from booking next time) - wifi was basically broken the entire time in our room, and in the hotel at times. less than 10mbits, and no signal in most of our room. front desk said several times they'd fix but I don't think they have the ability to actually fix it. many other people had this issue as well. at a 5* hotel, this should not be happening. major issue, had to do meetings in the lobby to get it to function at all. - breakfast is *good* but definitely caters towards a local brazilian diet (very few options for vegans). as a vegetarian, I'll just say I ate a lot of eggs and cheese. but hey, that's brazil so not digging on the hotel too much on that. - elevator is incredibly busy, and there were times where it literally said "not available" and we had to wait 5 minutes to actually use it. - there are *TONS* of families with kids in and around the pool when we went. so environment was quite loud and crazy most of the time. they do timeshares so I think mostly big families frequent the hotel. - we booked and paid extra for the *Junior Suite* (with a large living room as well as bath). the front desk gave us the *room with bath* which ended up being nice.. but is half the size, and refused to put us in the junior suite room, even after showing the reservation. this may be a Trip.com issue instead of the hotel.. but they didn't offer any compensation or flexibility for us. trip did refund us the difference in price though. overall, its a great deal for the price, and the architecture is amazing, the room is nice, good water pressure. horrible wifi and very few vegetarian options made it difficult to recommend again, but we liked our stay nonetheless.
