Hotel staff is very friendly and helpful! Location is great and close to everything you need. Room could have been cleaner. (Found hairs in the shower). Hotel is old but still comfortable, we had a great view of Christ the Redeemer from our room. Walls are thin but we were lucky with the neighbours and had no issues. Breakfast is good, would prefer some more variety as most of it is the same daily. There is a 10 percent service fee when checking-in that is not stated on trip.com but is on other booking websites, trip.com refunded this fee.

Freundlicher Empfang, schnelle Abwicklung großes Zimmer mit Sauna. Lage zur Straße etwas laut nachts, aber ansonsten sehr zufrieden. Am Frühstück hat auch nichts gefehlt

Os recepcionistas são mal humorados. O ar condicionado não funciona (solicitei a troca de quarto e a resposta foi que todos os quartos possuem o mesmo problema, devido ao tipo de sistema de ar). O café da manhã é muito fraco, com produtos de baixa qualidade, além do café em si, que tem um gosto horrível. A TV tem imagem ruim. O quarto e o banheiro são espaçosos e o colchão é bom. Pelo preço cobrado, não valeu a pena.

Boa localização. Acesso fácil à praia, transportes e bares e restaurantes. Quarto amplo mas a rinite reclamou um pouco.

I stayed with my cousin for 7 days and we were impressed by this hotel. The room was so clean, breakfast has plenty choices, and the staff were very nice. At the reception we found help and guidance every time when approached the staff. We found 5 star service in the 4 star hotel. We gladly come back if we have the chance to visit Rio again. Big thanks to everyone working there!

The hotel was good, but after I check out I realised I had left equipment in a bedside drawer. I contacted the hotel 50 mins after leaving my room, but all my stuff was gone. GoPro, Prescription Sunglasses, Kindle, Medication. I was really upset ( Stupid for leaving it, but hugely disappointed that it could disappear so quickly ). I have written twice to the hotel to ask them to investigate, but not had any response. I will be filing a police report.

The beds in the room are incredibly hard and very high. If you aren’t careful, you will roll right off of them. The water pressure in the sink is no -existent and the toilet doesn’t flush properly. The location seems convenient and the room is fairly quiet. The hotel is very clean which is nice. The on-site restaurant is quick and has a nice selection of food at affordable prices.

Honestly the most mediocre experience ever. Service was meh. Rooms are so plain and soulless I felt depressed. TV doesn’t work - air conditioning sucks and rattling away. WiFi doesn’t work and I am just so tired I can’t even complain. + The carpark was so expensive even though we arrived late and will leave early!!! Really disappointed. A real let down

Nestled in a quiet corner of Copacabana, this little hotel is a great mid-range option in Rio with very comfortable rooms, great sleep quality and showers, and even rooms with private sauna. Bit its best asset might be the couple of bars just around the corner with great Brazilian food, very cold beer and laid-back atmosphere. Breakfast is quite good and front desk is very helpful. I would certainly sray again.

A pleasant place to stay and pretty central, but there are a few shortcomings. Restaurant closes at 9.30 pm with no room service afterwards and with so many people saying that it wasn’t safe to walk out at night, you might just go hungry! Breakfast was very good. My only real criticism was the bedrooms were absolutely not soundproof. If you have noisy people next to you, this really would ruin the stay. Staff were reasonably efficient but not particularly friendly.

Dingy dirty cheap paper cups for bathroom glasses. Cheap cheap mattresses that work hard as a rock. The shower head sprayed water all over the place and it took more than 24 hours for it to be replaced or fixed dark and depressing I would not come back here nor would I recommend you to come here

Great location..few block away from Copacabana beach..otherwise this hotel is awful…dusty and filfthy..i had to change the room due to tge fact that the bathroom was filthy and moldy…furniture is from the ‘80’s. About breakfast: ok..you can find scrambled eggs, bacon and fruits. Coffee is bad…no espresso and something similar
